This business has a website: wildsierra.com On that website, they offer Dog Sledding Excursions in Lake Tahoe. I wanted to go on one with a friend. I called their number twice and got vmail. I sent them an email asking for some more specifics about the dog sledding. They never replied. So I went back to their website to book dog sledding. The form asked for a $20 deposit per person. The form had you indicate what you were paying the deposit for. I chose Dog Sledding. The form had you enter the first date you wanted, and a second date if that wasn't available. I picked two dates in late December 2022. The website does not email you a copy of the form. It just bills you through PayPal. The business called me a few days later and said they did not have any dog sledding this year. I asked to be refunded for the deposit. They agreed. They have not refunded me. Again, their website gives no copy of the online form used to charge for the deposit to prove which activity was requested and on which date. I contacted PayPal to refund this and they indicated I hadn't proven I was owed a refund. The Wild Sierra group has the form that says dog sledding and they are committing fraud here, offering services and asking for a deposit, then keeping the deposit and not even offering the services the deposit was for.
