05/05/2022 I bought fish from this website, only after I emailed did they ship them. A fish arrived dead they refunded me for that, within 24 hours 5 others died, I checked my water quality, nothing was wrong, the other tetra is still alive so it's obviously not my water or something that I did, it was the fish. I emailed them they didn't get back to me until today saying tough luck. That's absurd. Now, all of the neon tetras are on sale on their site, VERY VERY suspicious!!Business response

AquariumFishSale.com sells about **** neon tetras per week to various aquarium hobbyists, this complaint was our one and only complaint regarding neons this year.
PER OUR WRITTEN POLICY on our site, which the customer followed, refunds are granted for any dead on arrival upon our receipt of a picture of *************.
To the extent that the customer followed procedure, which she did, we refunded the money due. We also clearly state that "fish keeping is a hobby and the customer has the responsibility to keep fish alive thereafter". It is unfortunate that there were further losses, but that is the hobbyists responsibility.
To the last remark, that it was "suspicious" that we put the same species that died in the customers tank on sell for all customers to purchase at a discount, obviously no reasonable person or company would put an item on sale that is defective. In fact that action is further evidence that we do did not have any problems with that species during the time of the complaint.
