Worst company. Does not honor time slots that are reserved and paid for. Refused to give time slot back.

I had to cancelba visit do to the facility. The people that help me get my code to redo a visit was very helpful. They gave me a new code that didn't work at first but they stayed on top of things til I was satisfied and my proble fixed in less than 10 mins. I think ***** and ****** was their names. They're awesome. Thanks guys

iwebvist is a rip off period. 1st they lie to the people who create the account, they tell you the inmates are issued tablets,as well as staff at the detention center tell you the same lie, they will be able to have a decent visit, at the Harnett County Jail in **************, they have the cameras located in the middle of the dorm rooms on pedestals,these are long ago screwed up and are used by staff inmates alike for a resting point for their arms, a table for their drinks etc, most do not work, most are out of focus, or pointed no where near the inmate, they require a chair to be put in front of the unit so the inmate can sit and have a meeting with their loved one, the staff don't even tell the inmates they have a visit, ours was set up 2 days prior, we called the jail 9 times to tell the staff to get the inmate, the staff their laughs at us tells us its not there job to tell the inmate they have a visit, terrible staff at Harnett County Jail, dishonest people working there but no surprise the sheriff is the #1 biggest liar there so staff does as the boss does, and iwebvist lies to get your $ and tells you its your problem when there equipment does not work as intended. its a money thing the incarceration of human beings in ******* and ************** is the largest employer in the ***********, and they need as many human beings as they can get to run there business, and do so with as little care for the inmate as possible, and together with company's like IWEBVIST make even more money and no one calls them on this and even asks where does all this $ go???In who's pockets? The state gets paid thousands of dollars reimbursed by the federal government for every inmate they house, its big business and the $ is not spent for the re-hab or health and safety of the inmate, you are guilty until you prove otherwise, its again BIG BUSINESS and money talks, where does all this money go?iwebvist is a partner of the jails and prisons they serve and proceeds go to the jails.
