I love that Real people answer the phones and come out to give quotes. I really appreciate the professionalism and timeliness of Century Glass. Theyve replaced my windshield and several broken interior windows in my store in **** and its always a pleasant experience.Review from Ray P

I just love Century Glass! They replaced my windshield almost immediately after I called to make an appointment. Work was done really well and boy oh boy is the new glass nice! I can see again!And it wasn't expensive. You can't go wrong using Century Glass for your glazing needs. They've fixed my house windows in the past too! I have dealt with Century Glass on many occasions, including many windows, shower glass, and windshields. There are few business owners with as much integrity and desire to do right by their customers as the owners of Century Glass. They really care about their customers and they do a quality job on all of their work. As a real estate broker, I deal with a lot of window replacements, and Century Glass has always done a real good job at competitive pricing. Same with auto glass. They have never tried to upsell me. We use Century Glass for all our glass needs at ******************** They are amazing and always are quick, efficient and friendly, We have had instances where our storefront windows were broken and they come out immediately, get it boarded up for safety and then replace the glass quickly and it's always done right.They do a great job on van/car windows as well! i purchased two large ($4000.00)Milgard picture windows(styleline) from this company approximately 3 years ago. the windows were drenched in dampness and fog every single morning since i purchased them. I kept sending ***** the front mgr. picture after picture. She kept saying i should leave my *************************** blinds open at night as there is dampness in my home???. i have a home that still has the double pane Aluminum windows in place since the house was built and there is absolutely no moisture build up. I complained several times further and they came and replaced the entire glass in these large windows instead of replacing them. this morning Reno is 17 degrees fahrenheit and my windows are ICED over inside the house and fogged up the latter of which is a daily thing. I do not have an email of the owner and apparently ***** is not doing anything further for me. I decided this might be an avenue to get a remedy. Milgard is a reputable company. Surely they can be replaced for non defective windows. i am concerned they will crack at some point. pretty lousy warranty on their products!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the BBB, ******. I tried my hardest to help you with your situation and had Milgard warranty out several times also. They advised that the window was not defective and it was in fact installed correctly. We advised that due to the warmth of the house and the blinds being closed, it could be causing the moisture to trap in between the blinds and window pane. We gave you a new bid to replace with a higher end window and you did not want to pay the additional costs related to this upgrade and we could not guarantee against the same issue. I did have you in contact with the owners and they even offered to get you a de-humidifier for your home to help. When there is a problem with a Milgard product, we submit the warranty request on your behalf and they schedule directly with you. ******* advised us the issues was, "This happens because it is very warm inside and very cold outside thus causing condensation on the interior that can freeze do to being in the teens outside. The other's don't do this because they are not sealed as tight as the new vinyl windows because they are older aluminum windows." I am very sorry that we were not able to rectify the situation but we did try every avenue to help you.
