Excessive charges & charging for something we didn't do. Items left behind and was told they don't keep items longer than 24 hours. We went down and asked to see the damages and was denied. We were told by **** to call her supervisor and we left 4 messages and no response. I sent and email to Marnell Gaming but no response from them.Review from Courtney A

I reserved a room with check in time set for between 1-2am. Upon arrival our reservation could not be accommodated so we did not stay at this property. I was still charged $96.48 for something that could not be accommodated. This was not a no show or a cancellation, my request simply could not be accommodated and I am not receiving a refund. I do not agree with this and I do not recommend using any 3rd party booking sights to make the reservation as they provide false availability and you will not get your money back.
Nugget Casino Resort Response

This guest, ***************************, booked a reservation to stay at the Nugget Casino Resort through a third-party company, Booking.com. The dates presented for the stay are entered by the guest and the reservation was booked for arrival on Sunday, 6/19/22 and checking out on Monday, 6/20/22. The Booking.com website clearly states that check-in time is 3pm. The guest showed up at the hotel at 1am in the morning and wanted her room. We tried to explain that she booked for 6/19/22 and that check in is at 3pm but she was furious and started screaming at the Front Desk staff. There was nothing we could do for her as she booked through a 3rd party.
