I tried calling this gym in November of 2021 and canceling my membership. They said that I had to come in person or write them a letter to cancel my month to month gym membership. And they have continued charging my account since. I have not attended this gym and they keep charging me. I am unable to visit in person because I have moved out of state and I am unable to send them a letter. It is unfair and absurd that I have tried canceling multiple times over the phone and they will not cancel my membership.Business response

As this member has clearly stated, he hasnt followed cancellation policies that he signed and agreed to at the time of enrollment, so his membership is still active. Once proper protocols are followed (again, member has stated he knows what they are), membership will be terminated.
