      I ordered a dress and a pair of jeans from this place. I ordered them and they were then delivered 5/20/24. I ordered size medium jeans and medium dress. The dress is shown on a petite model. The dress was as big as a king sheet. The quality of the dress is terrible. Holes in the stitching. The jeans are super big. They r not as shown in the pictures They have holes all over them. I called right when I opened the package. They said no refunds. The said on store credit. I emailed 7 times to ask where I send them back. They said returns have to be approved. This is the worst quality clothing. The dress was $49.99 n the jeans were $69.99. I believe this store is a scam. The clothing that arrived is not the same that showed up at my house I just read 25 reviews. Most people are saying the same thing. That the clothes are not as pictures. Is there anything to do about this.

The policy states that a RMA should be filled out and the product returned for store credit. We have not received your items. If you return them, we would be more than willing to give you store credit.

      Boho Beach Hut has two different addresses and neither one of them are legit to include the one on the Better Business Bureau website, that's a residential home. I have been scammed out of $198, I have kept in touch with customer service and asked for a return phone call for over two weeks And they are no longer even answering the emails so I am waiting to make a police report and will file fraud charges with my bank tomorrow. In the meantime, they need to refund my $198 immediately.

      I placed an online order from a company called Boho Beach Hut. When I received the two dresses it was very clear that the images they use on their website are not actual photos of the products. Although similar in color/design they are very misleading. I have attached two photos. The one on the left in each image is from their website. The two on the right are photos of what I received. It is as clear as day how they are not the same products in the photo of the orange dress. Their image shows a very light and flowy dress that is the same color material on the inside and outside as indicate with the circle. The one I received is not the same color orange and is white on the inside. I have contacted them and requested a refund and said I would return their product. They will not refund my money and only offer an exchange as that is their policy. I would understand if that was their policy and it was a simple case of I decided I didn't like the dress after receiving it, but they are scamming people into buying products that are not what they actually send you.

      I ordered a pair of shoes (order #*****), on November 20th and my card was charged $43.96. I received a tracking number around mid December, but there have been no changes under the tracking number provided, and when I checked it today, it says that USPS is still awaiting the package. I tried to call on December 23rd and got an automated service. Therefore, I was forced to email customer service about this issue. I received an email back, which stated because the package had shipped, there was nothing they could do. Well that's a lie because USPS hasn't received a package, hints why there is no update under the tracking number provided. I ordered these shoes for a special occasion and had to go out and spend another $45 on a pair of shoes because my order from Boho Beach Hut never arrived- still to this day. It has been 1 month and 4 days and I still haven't received my shoes. I want a full refund from this "business".

      I purchased clothing from this company on Feb 21, 2022 and did not receive the full purchase until March 12, 2022. The poor quality of this product is unexplainable. I would call this a case of false advertisement. Not to mention, the only return option is store credit for more of their horrific clothing. The sizing is completely off and the fabric and stitching looks like it came from a street vendor in *****. This business really needs to be shut down. It is a true scam in every sense of the word.

      We have already made a note on your account to be refunded in full once order is returned. That note was added to your account on March 18 and you were informed by customer service to return your order if you would like to be refunded. You must return your items though, if you would like to be refunded.
