            I ordered a fitting from their website. It arrived missing a piece. I provided photo proof to them and they sent back a picture with a different shipping label and not in the sealed bag I received it in claiming it was intact when shipped. They no longer respond to emails or voicemails. I tried ordering an identical fitting on eBay and they cancelled my order. Unfortunately, they are the only source I have found for this fitting. I filed a PayPal dispute and they promptly responded to that yet will not respond to emails or phone calls. They are claiming they shipped it with all pieces. All I want is the missing piece.             I ordered a small metal metric cap nut (approximately $6 before shipping) but the fitting was packaged in a small plastic sleeve and was apparently stripped out of the package at some point. I received only the package. I contacted Fittings Space Sales via email and they said the website is only for resellers and to return the fitting for a refund. I did not see any restrictions on purchasers on the website and I did not have the fitting. I was then told to get evidence from the post office which I did (photograph of the package marked "received without contents" by the local post office) but apparently this was not enough since I was never provided a replacement fitting or a refund. I called Fittings Space and also had no success. When I said I would have to post a poor review for the company, I was told OK.

            I submitted the review for Fittings Space.com but BBB posted it for Dynapex Performance. I discovered that they share an address so I assume they are the same entity.

            Update: I contacted my credit card company and the credit card company provided a refund.
