      I visited the Kietzke - Reno location over the past weekend, placing an order on the app. After waiting about 15 minutes, a pretty long wait for a drive-thru, I was handed an incomplete order. I went inside, there were maybe 4 employees? And an equal amount of customers with order issues. including a delivery driver that had to cancel because it took SO INCREDIBLY LONG for food to come out. After already going in, I returned home to discover even more food missing. My apologies for not... quadruple-checking my order, something the employees clearly also did not feel inclined to do. I placed this order in-app and my order number was 66 - placed at 8:05p. I would hope you can look up these transactions based on order number, if not... this would speak to your investment in customer relationship management software. This store needs help. The play area has been closed for months, littered with tools and junk. EVERY time I visit it takes upwards of 15 minutes, which seems like an embarrassing speed of service for a 'fast food' chain. The employees are both ill-trained and ill-mannered. Please pay this store a visit, it is a blight and the entire management and ownership team should be embarrassed. They seem to not care, at all. Or maybe don't have the support needed? How sad. I also contacted Burger King customer service about this issue and was simply offered a coupon for a future visit. No offer of a refund, which would be appropriate, given I did not receive my order in full. I placed the order in-app and expect to not have to go inside, nor to return for a refund. What an abhorrent customer experience, the lack of interest in a low customer effort score is very clear. This in reference to zendesk case number ********. A 2.3 billion dollar company should not require a BBB complaint to be filed to make something so small, right. Do better.

      At about 0630 on September 22 2023 we stopped at the Burger King. *** *** ******* Sparks NV 89434 and bought 2 large coffees with cream. I asked for a receipt but was refused the receipt. I need the receipt for tax purposes. Once again disappointed by Burger King. Please provide a receipt.

      I purchased food today (08.15.22) from the FERNLEY BURGER KING. After paying for the food, I asked for a receipt so I could check the pricing and tax info. I was told that they could not provide a receipt as the store was out of printer paper for the register. This, in my opinion is unacceptable. They charged me for taxes and products. I should be able to determine if they are charging me accurately.
