I bought a suspension thru palomino tires called lifts brand that’s all they said I needed then wen job was done I left the shop didn’t make it up the street driveline came out an then they said we have to extend it so they did I told them if they could adjust the rear wheels forward because they were pushed back to far they said they would but never I’m thing the kit they told me to buy they chose the wrong lower rear control arms I take the car to jays total car an they say it was a hazard I suffered having to buy a new transmission an they also made me buy new springs all around an new front struts when everything was supposed to be handled wen I told them wat I wanted for my carInitial Complaint

Purchased expensive rims to put on tires. Brought winter tires for rims being removed. Instead of putting old rims on winter tires they were just put on but not filled with air? We live in South Lake Tahoe. Had wet weather tires were stored under deck. Now winter tires I need on my car have ice inside tires and tires are flat. Whole point. Was to purchase tires keep rims on for easy exchange that info yearly. Palomino made over $1,200 in rims and left me with useless winter tires I now need. Have to thaw out and replace air. Is this just ensuring future work? Horrible. As I now have to pay to fix what they did. Then pay to have tires exchanged. I would like them to pay for this as this was not necessary. This was my 22 year old son and I feel they took advantage of him.
