Nv Water and Fire are extremely professional and competent. They have a program that they followed, but they were willing to adapt to our needs and desires. We had an explosion and fire underneath the house which is a very difficult place to work, they did great. In addition, they cleaned all of the furniture that was salvageable, all of the walls and ceilings, cabinets, etc. They got underneath the house and removed the insulation, and they sprayed all of the affected beams. They got rid of all of the soot and we could no longer smell the smoke. In addition, they were very amiable and just fun to work with. Always professional and thorough. Hopefully we won't need them again, but they would be one of our first calls.

The company reached out to me promptly despite the holiday weekend. When they arrived ***** explained the whole process to us. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and was always prompt in responding to our questions. The entire team was kind and professional. They are amazing to work with and its unfortunate we had to go through this, but the team at Nevada water and fire restoration really made this a smooth process and ease the stress of what we are going through. We contacted Nevada Water and Fire Restoration after a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. We had service from this company within half an hour of our initial call. ********************* was the project manager for us and went above and beyond his scope of work to ensure our incident was met with proper water mitigation. ************** did a wonderful job communicating with our insurance adjuster and referencing policies and procedures that must be held in order for proper water mitigation to be completed, which our adjuster initially postponed 12 days. ************** was available during business hours as well as after business hours to help us through this stressful process. We could not be any happier we chose this company, and if there are future issues while owning our home, we will definitely use this company once again.Nevada Water and Fire Restoration, LLC Response

This is the second time Ive had a pipe burst at my house, and the second time Ive called Nevada Water and Fire Restoration. I was very impressed with their process and the results last time so they set a high standard i figured only they would be able to live up to.******************* has been really great to work with. I had extensive water and mold remediation needs, and Ive been very thankful for his experience and leadership with his team. The knowledge on all the aspects of how this damage can effect my home, and how to move forward is very informative. As a subject matter expert his dedication and hard work have really put my mind at ease as we face this. I have really appreciated his thorough and insightful communication throughout the process so i know whats going on and how its saving my property! Nevada Water and Fire Restoration came the same day as the plumber was finishing up the pipe repair. ***** inspected the water damage and set up a crew to come and begin the drying and repair work. ***** was very friendly, helpful and professional. **** and his crew arrived a day later did the water clean up and installed the fans for drying. They made sure that our floors were protected while they did the work. **** and his crew were also friendly, helpful and professional. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration responded the same day regarding my water leak. They did a thorough job of inspecting and assessing the damage. They were back the next day to begin the process of demo and drying out the affected areas. Did a great cleanup, making sure that dust and debris were contained. Am now waiting for an inspector to come before getting the go ahead to begin reconstruction work. At every stage I was kept in the loop as to what was being done and all my questions were answered. Im sure the pros at Nevada Water and Fire are used to responding to calls on an emergency basis and it meant the world to me. ***** made what was a high-anxiety event easier to deal with. I don't really do reviews online, and we are only mid-way through this job, but I am making an exception for exceptionally great customer service and professionalism thus far from everyone at Nevada Water and Fire Restoration. I was so shaken and upset by the occurrence, but both ****** and ***** could not have been more patient in addressing all my questions to get the job started, giving me as much additional information as possible, and lots of reassurance.
