I believe this business to be involved in activities that are contributing to cybersecurity vulnerabilities that are not only affecting me but the community. I believe that they are the only local Internet provider, so that makes this a very serious issue in my opinion. I have 5 electronic devices that have been compromised in the past year and when the only business that has control over the wifi in this town can't manage it responsibly, that puts us all at risk.

Used to be an employee of this business and got free internet. After I left the company I was not made aware that they would be charging me for the internet. The company never gave me anyway to pay my bill because they used my work email for the account and when I had left they shut this email off so I was unable to even get statements. Had they made me aware of the charges I would’ve made them come get the Internet right away. I never signed any terms of use or anything stating that I’d be paying them. Even if I wanted this internet they didn’t give me a portal or account number. Yet they keep trying to charge me. I was not even in town for most of the time they charged me because I had moved. They never tried contacting me through the number provided and never made me aware they were charging me

We have been using PC Internet for over 5 years now and the internet has never been great. They originally promised 12mbps which we've never seen, but they have accredited it to over usage of technology in the home. In 2021, our internet was so horrible, it was unusable. We called PC Internet and they sent out a technician who "fixed" the problem by raising our radio dish higher. This seemed to fix things for a week, but we were right back to having less than 1mpbs or no internet at all within days. They sent out a few more technicians since then and the issue would always resolve for a couple of days, but never last. In 2022, we foolishly thought to increase our 12mbps to 18mbps. Perhaps if we're getting less than 1 with a threshold of 12mbps, perhaps we could get 2mbps with 18. We pay $87.99 for 18mbps and only on very, very rare occasions does our internet ever reach over 10mbps and that's often fast and short lasting if it ever does. On January 28, 2023, we contacted PC Internet complaining that our internet was so slow, it was practically unusable. Our streaming services would not play. Our web pages would take nearly 10 minutes to load. My documents wouldn't save. They informed us that there was an issue with our radio tower and that it would be fixed by Monday 1/30. Though, this may be true, we've had this issue for nearly two years. I asked her about the previous two years and she gave an apology. I mentioned that we pay nearly $90 a month for a service we've never been provided. I asked if we could be compensated and again, she croaked out an apology. I guess that means "no". Monday came and went and the internet has been slower than ever. We called again and we were told they would fix it by next Monday 1/13. Our internet has not been above 2mbps for nearly 6 months. Tomorrow is Monday and my speed is currently a 0.33mbps. The internet is becoming a household necessity and this has greatly affected our daily lives.
