On April 12, 2022, I requested a $500 deposit to be placed on a Toyota Sienna with the manager **** however a $1000 was taken out instead. Unfortunately I am not in the market to go forward with a transaction with the above company and requested a full refund on May 7th. The company dragged their feet and only refunded $500 on June 13th. I had been in contact with the manager **** who stated their account person is looking into. It is already July 28 and excuses of their end that ********** is holding up the rest of the refund. I really do not understand why a bank would take so long to process a refund. I had provided screen shots of my bank statements reflecting the partial refund to the their company and also attached to this complaint for review. Thank you for your attention.Customer response

Today, I finally heard from Toyota financial services, they did give ae the information of the refund owed and said the check will go out within the next 30 days. Hopefully. The representative said it will be mailed out to my residence.
I also got the phone call from Interstate Toyota, however the person that had previously promised me to get the refund, shifted the blame into a different department. Doesnt matter and I dont care as long g as the refund is mailed out in a timely manner..
I appreciate your help and will remove my complaints once the checks are received.
Thank you so much! *********************************

On September 4th 2021 I dropped off my vehicle (Toyota Venza 2015) at the dealer located at *** *** ** ******* ** at 9:15 for an oil change. I was greeted by Natasha who a service representative for Toyota. She said are you here for an appointment and I replied “yes, I’m here for an oil change and I continue to state “ that’s all I’m here for”. She said ok. I asked what was the pice for an oil change and she said 86.00 and change (don’t know exact change). I said it’s expensive and she said “ the prices went up” I said well you have to pay for the renovations. And she laughed. I got a ride home and when the vehicle was done I sat down and the rep showed me a billed, it was not 86.00 but 146.00 dollars. I asked why was it so I when I only wanted an oil change. They said that an oil change was done, a tire rotation and the filter was replace. So I was charged for parts and labor. I felt deceived and betrayed because they quoted one price and the bill was different. Please help!Business response
