      First, this whole experience with Cole's Collision is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had in all my years of driving. Between 2019 and 2021 I was in three accidents. The first was a deer damaging the front end passenger side. The second my car was hit in a parking garage on the driver's side front. Most recently I ran over a deer on the driver's side and I felt it go through the entire undercarriage of my car. I tried going to ***** ****** first, but the service was severely lacking, and that is when I decided to stop at Cole's Collision in Clifton Park. Amanda was a little pushy, but very polite. I tried to remember as many details as possible for them. At the time of drop-off I completely forgot about the parking garage incident because I was so focused on the animals, and that was a huge mistake. ******* ********* on Route 50 fixed the first accident, but the quality of the work was horrible. After the parking garage I decided to go to a local autobody shop in Mechanicville, NY. The only stipulation was that he does not work with insurance. So I decide to have my insurance company send me the check and I would pay the shop directly. He was great and I severely regret not remembering to take it back to him again for the repairs. No, instead I got Amanda telling me over the phone, "Well if you weren't so dishonest about the other accident." I immediately stopped her and said, "EXCUSE ME?!' I'm still livid and do NOT WANT them to touch my car. I hung up on her and said, " I want a phone call from your boss. I'm done with you." I also contacted my attorney and in the process of sending him a retainer. Amanda was way out of line for accusing me of being dishonest. I want her fired, but an apology will do for now. I immediately contacted my insurance company and messaged them every detail about my call with Amanda. I seriously do not know who Amanda think she is accusing me of being dishonest? She has absolutely NO GROUNDS for such an accusation?! All because I didn't remember about the parking garage incident? Everything was reported and on the up and up with my insurance company. I'm even floored I forgot, but since 2016 I lost my daughter, wife, 2 grandparents, my father, and the last was my younger brother at age 37. So I'm sorry I didn't remember the hit and run in the parking garage. I'm sorry if you don't like the work from the previous shop. I'm sorry I ran over the deer on the same side, but IN NO WAY am I dishonest about any of it. Some days I feel like driving off a bridge since this whole horrible experience. I want an apology from her or I will pursue legal action because I have no doubt she has voiced this to more than just me over the phone. You break my heart Amanda, you really do. I regret ever walking into your establishment. I still have not received any phone call from Cole's leadership. I want this resolved immediately and I want my car out of your shop immediately. Again, my car insurance is well aware of everything, and my attorney is on retainer. A copy of this note will go to friends of mine at **** and ***** if no apology is received from her. I'm not playing any games and one star is unfortunately too high. Thank you for your time and immediate attention in this unfortunate matter.

      Although we can sympathize with your feelings of upset and frustration, Cole’s Collision took immediate action once we were made aware of your concerns. Both the Manager at the Clifton Park location along with the General Manager of the company contacted you immediately to possibly resolve the issue at hand. We were willing to work with you but did not get a reply until 2 days later. At that point it was clear you no longer wanted us to repair your vehicle and immediately did what we needed to in order to meet your demands. We apologize if the conversation you had with Amanda felt like an attack on you personally. She has since been talked to and made aware of how her comments affected your perception of our company and what we stand for. Cole’s Collision wants every customer to have a positive experience no matter how simple or complex the repair may be. We feel that at this time we have done everything we could to make things right and hope that you can accept our apology.
