              Attached copy of the proposals signed for acceptance. A 50% deposit (wire transfer) was issued on Sep 20th 2023 $6,869.97. Works should have commenced on Sep 25th 2023 with a deadline on Oct 15th 2023 subject to penalties ($130/day) in case of delays, however Copper Construction has never been able to submit the COI according to the Building requirements. COI requirements have been shared prior to proposal signature on September 19th 2023. Since then ****** ****** has become unresponsive and found excuses on how he could not keep the commitment on this job. Moreover please find some of the most relevant correspondence via email as well as via text messages Bottom line although he confirmed on multiple occasions his willingness in returning the deposit this is not the case. ****** ****** had another company Copper Club Management which is no longer active and for which I found complains on bbb.org showing that it was a fraudulent organization. Please help stopping this Thanks so much
