In April 2021 I purchased my sofa. July 2021, I started noticing the back cushions were extremely saggy as though there weren't enough filling inside. Also the cushions to sit on were feeling very thin and I realized there were holes at the side of the sofa if you lift the cushions up. I visited the store with a video and explained what was ask to email the manager. The manager give me an email to contact the place in which they purchase the sofa from. I did that on July 24. July 26 he replied to me asking to send pictures of the sofa tags in which I did. July 28 he ask me to send the tag below the one I sent. It's September 24 my 3 year old punched his toe with a staple from inside the chair and up to this day nobody is looking into the matter. they have me going around and around playing games .I planned on taking the matter further cause the manager was also admitting that its ridiculous until I stated my child was hurt. I took the cushions at the store for the manager to feel it.
