Construction of the doors took place May 8 and finished on May 9. I didn’t watch them closely at all because I had to watch my 4 year old and 9 mo old baby. I noticed dents in the framing right off the bat and also large gaps in the framing from when they widened the doors. They said they will fix and I said OK. I had to be critical because I was paying them a lot of money 2,000 dollars and that was for labor only. I know this was a rip off and I was getting really weary. The next day was nothing short of spectacular. They Continued their path of destruction by Miss framing the walls and adding what looks like plywood stuffers to fill in the gaps and what they couldn’t fill-in, they cocked it. After seeing all this, I knew that I couldn’t pay full price for this service. I knew I should’ve fired them, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I am a genuine person. As they were wrapping up I had to get ready for work as I work from 4 PM to 12:30 AM. I told him that I will get the money ready and my wife will as well my wife and I agreed that we want to pay him something so we went half of the $2000 and paid them $1200, which is more than fair. When I was at work around 4:30 PM, my wife called me as mentor was raising his voice to her and making her feel really uncomfortable because we shorted them $800. We insisted that that was not the work of a professional and that we were not going to pay the full price of the $2000. Shortly after that, my wife showed me a bunch of pictures of puncture holes in the new door that We bought $400 for that new door. Other things included damage to the wood, damage to our detached garage, misaligned doors, no installation whatsoever in the exterior door, and in the kitchen we had a noticeable crack down the wall, with paint peeling off. They kept on harassing us about the missing $800. Now we are stuck with this vandalism and we have to start all over from scratch.
