To whom it may concern, My name is ****** and I had made a reservation at The Argus based on the amount of positive reviews it received. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no sign of life in the parking lot nor surrounding the building. Once I entered the premises, I continued to see no signs of life or any other folks on the premises, which is a large safety concern. Additionally, the doors to all hotel rooms were open and I could see into several unclean hotel rooms. When I approached my assigned hotel room, it was also open which is a HUGE safety concern as it was not secure upon or prior to my arrival and there is no way to know if the room was tampered with. As I did not feel safe in this establishment as a woman traveling with another woman, I have found an alternative option that met my safety needs. I respectfully request a refund based on my experience. If this request cannot be met, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
