            I bought a pair of hoops, they had diamonds around. I came home and took the earring off and the diamonds fell of in my hands and all over the floor. I didn’t know what was going on or how this happened, this was a 600 dollar purchase in a pair of hoops. It hasn’t even been 2 month I got them and they are already broken. I sent my husband to the store for exchange they said they can’t do anything that they will fix the earrings for a charge, again they are not telling me how much they want to charge me to fix them, not only this, now I’m worried that they diamonds on the other hoop and the ones left on that one will fall off eventually, this is a bad business. At least they should be able to fix it for free. Bad quality, cheap material, no resolution to work with the clients, they saying about I only had 14 days for exchange, like your product is garbage, it’s like buying a car and the car stops working in 2 month. Definitely won’t be coming back here and advising everyone who I know around not to buy anything here at all. Hopefully the charge on my repair won’t ve more than the cost I paid for the earrings.

            Crossgates Mall Location!!! My husband upgraded my wedding ring on 4/6, & on 4/7 two diamonds were missing! Unfortunately, we left for vacation early morning on 4/7, so I was able to bring it back on 4/14. An associate named MINA was extremely rude and refused to listen to what I had to say. He threw my ring back and told me to go elsewhere, I told him no because I got it from here. He tried to charge me $80 to “replace” the diamonds when my ring was just purchased on 4/6. He was very irate & contours to argue with me as a paying customer. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from here again. Their level of professionalism is beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!
