            On 5/28 I paid **** ******* ( Big Body Butcher ) $595 via ***** for a meat package. It was to be individually sealed. I told him I’d pick it up on Tuesday. I went Tuesday and they were still playing catch up from Memorial Day. I was told Wednesday after 3pm it would be ready. On Wednesday I received a call from Jess ( co owner ) that it wasn’t ready and would be ready after 3pm on Thursday. I said ok. On Thursday I got another call that it wasn’t ready. They said Friday. Again, no ready. On Saturday I called and asked if it was ready and and was told no. Probably by close and they were out of the chicken. At this point I said no. I wanted a refund. They said ok. I was supposed to get a refund end of business. I never did. On June 5 & 6 he closed the shop down for personal matters. The following day the shop burned down. I have reached out via ******** messenger , email and phone. On June 9 th they responded to messenger and said to request the $ back thru *****. I did that & I haven’t received it yet. I sent a reminder and it’s been ignored. I want my $595 back.

            We put a $350 deposit on 04/16/23 on an order for a pig roast we are having on 07/15. We left a message for him on 06/04/23 just to follow up as to when we would be able to pick up the order. the message went unread and unanswered. 2 weeks later he had a fire, still unable to get in contact with the guy in regards to our order, because we need to know if we will still be able to get our suckling pig or do we need to request a refund. still nothing and my emails have gone un answered as well. do not pre order from this guy. We will also be filing a complaint with the attorney general.
