      Purchased a car and extended warranty. Have door locks that won't work at times, oil leak by front diff, and bad noise in rear. So I verified coverage, made an appointment and dropped it off. I was told I cannot get a rental/loaner until claim is approved through ****. I called them late in the day the car was scheduled for. They only diagnosed one off the problems and told me claim has been sent into **** for approval. I called every day, and was told wait for approval, so I can't have loaner/rental. A week later I'm still being told they are waiting for approval. So I called **** myself and was told no claim has ever been submitted. So I called and asked to speak to service manager and was put to his voice mail. Day 8, no call from service manager so I called again and asked if service manager is in, was told yes and sent to voicemail again. NOT HAPPY. Tried calling salesman we bought car off of and have not heard back from him. Place is a joke!

      DePaula Ford has no communication skills and they treat their customers terribly. I purchased a used 2017 **** ***** and within 3 months the car started stalling out, bucking forward, turning off while being driven and much more. I called so many times I can’t remember and never received any phone calls back. Lack of integrity, respect and care for their customers. I made an arraignment with a manager to have my car towed and worked on at another shop with the expectation that my car would be returned to DePaula the same day when the vehicle was ready. Apparently this communication never happened and now my car is sitting in an impound lot incurring more money each day. It took me 2 months to figure this out by calling the 800 customer service line. And to add to this issue my car has been at DePaula for 13 months waiting for a part that’s on back order. I was told the part on back order was covered and I would not have to pay anything. I verified this multiple times but now I was told I’m liable to pay for my car to get fixed and this part is no longer going to be free of charge. The transmissions are terrible, I was sold a lemon but they will not admit this and I feel like I am being lied to every time I call them. I absolutely would not go there. They are no help at all and very dishonest and do not communicate with you properly. Don’t even expect a call back because it’s something they don’t do!!!! So frustrating and unreasonable it’s hard to even put in words.

      They are thieves, this **** franchise picks on women to foist their scam of claiming battery and all other things are faulty, beware of them, there is a reason BBB doesn't accredit their **** franchise. I went in for an annual NYS DMV inspection and they made me wait 3 hours until they finished finding "false" things wrong with my car—I finally demanded that either I get the State ordered annual inspection I came in for, or I would call the DMV to complain, of course, my car passed, I have less than 3000 miles on it.

      I bought a 2017 ford escape I been having a problem with this since I had bought the car on the drivers side floorboard feels like grinding vibration noise I complained about it 3 times the first time they said it was the plastic. Car still doing it 2and time they just ignored it I had called the service and told them that it was still making that noise and now my floorboard is wet a d everytime I told the sevice a out it it was under the warranty when I bought the car the 3rd time they found the axle is leaking heavy as well as the copinseal on driver and passenger side I told them it's under the warranty that I'm not paying for this so I'm not happy at this time they had me talk to justin d**** I explained to him he told me that I had to pay or hes not fixing the car I showed him the video on what the mechanic found a d told him I'm not driving it if its leaking heavy he called the mechanic a lier and dont know why he said that on the video justin did not look at my car and told me it wasn't leaking bad I have the video of the car a nd things wrong so I want to k ow who is lieing justin is a rude man and I shouldn't have to pay cause with what is wrong with my car it will cause the grinding vibration feeling on the floor board they said they didnt have a loaner car so I have to drive it I'm pissed there is a wet spot where I parked it a d they will not return my call justin said I had to pay 200 dollar for them to fix it NOits suppose to be under the warranty when I bought the car I'm also looking under the lemon law cause I told nick about the guy that sold me the car he just ignored me and told service to deal with me wow and looking into talking with dmv I'm not paying this money to be treated like this
