I gave Nissan a 5-star review based on customer service. Well. After some research, I wish I could give them a big fat 0 Let me explain. When I bought a used 2017 ****** *****. I was approved for a loan to buy the vehicle. Unfortunately, my credit went down significantly since they did 11 hard inquiries to get my loan approved. I wasn't notified or gave my permission for 11 hard inquiries. Is this even legal? Recently, My Vehicle was having an issue with the key warning icon coming up on the dashboard. I was told to replace the battery for $500 the battery was replaced and the key warning sign was still appearing! The Top Notch Service repair guy Chad told me the specialist has to come in and find the root of the problem. I brought the car back in and their specialist looked at it for $722. The sunroof was leaking and the drain connected to the sunroof wasn't draining, They did minor repairs and Chad told me that I have at least a year to drive it and that I should just get another car, Since the drain harness and wire harness needed to be replaced and would cost over $5000 Of course I panicked!! I decided to get a second opinion. The mechanic told me that there was a leak connected to the transmission that needed repair. He did not want me to drive the car until this was fixed! Nissan service Never mentioned this to me!! Also, the rear shocks need to be replaced! Did I mention that I had the tires rotated on my last visit and they mentioned NOTHING!!! The current repairs I'm getting done are a fraction of what Nissan Service Repair quoted me! As Chad told me it would be better to just buy another car. I'm glad that I didn't take his suggestion. My mechanic told me that my car has a lot of life to it!! I will NEVER go back to Nissan!! The fact that they did 11 hard inquiries. the transmission leak, or rear shocks needing repair, and I was still driving! Talk about dangerous!! I refuse to allow them to get away with this!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
