Applied for a specific rental property. Was told we had to pay an application fee before seeing. We didn’t just have to pay ONE application fee, but 3 separate fees for each adult moving in for ONE property. We applied on Sunday April 30th. We received a message less that 24 hours later that they received our application and the property had already been rented that Monday morning in the same sentence. Wouldn’t you remove a property with a pending lease so people don’t keep paying to see a property that wasn’t available not even 24 hours later. No refund, but told we could keep our apps for other properties through them. No thank you. As of today the property is still on their website as available to be applied for with a convenient 20$ fee to apply. Scammers. And it may be 60$ like we paid to have 3 people fill out the same application. Beware…Review from Natasha C

Literally the worst experience ever. Constant problems with heat, pipes bursting with sewage for a month straight until they fixed it…tried to blame it on us of course but apex found the root of a tree to be the problem. Mice infestation, shut off our heat in the middle of winter for 20 days, then the hot water stopped working…retaliated against our complaints, would call them to tell them our address and then they would hang up. I was even sexually harassed by a maintenance employee. After speaking to the property manager she told us we had to pay all the rent even though they left us without heat or hot water purposely…& we had kids living with us on the weekends. This was all in the middle of covid and WINTER. & they were not forgiving for late payments. Had the property condemned and took them to court as well. Glad to be out of there.
