      We did not sign up for anything with this organization. They called 7/1/22 and instructed to take us off any call list. Again, they call on 7/5/22. This organization was emailed to remove us from any call list or any list. We do not use or need their services.

      We are in receipt of complaint #******** from Ms. ***** ******* of ********* industrial Supply. We have placed ********* Industrial Supply on our do-not-call list. This company has not paid anything so there is nothing to refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused Ms. ***** ******* and hope that this resolution is satisfactory to her. If there are any further questions and/or concerns, please contact me.       Received a call by an agent posing as representing the yellow pages, calling for confirmation of a non-renewal of services for a yellow pages listing. In the past we have run a listing with Yellow Pages ******, however we have never conducted business or formed a contract with Yellow Pages Premium, a misleadingly similarly named entity. Caller indicated that the confirmation was to ensure service did not continue beyond May 2022 before forwarding to an authorization call, which did not include any of the above information. Weeks later, we have received an invoice (#******) for $569.99 for an 'online service fee' line item. Upon calling Yellow Pages *********, a representative falsely asserted that they had provided advertising for our business for the year prior. We have no interest in receiving such services from this entity regardless. This entity clearly capitalizes off of businesses confusing them for legitimate past and current services with Yellow Pages ****** in order to trick recipients into verbal recordings. We do not want any service or relationship with this business and request that the invoice be voided and that their agents and representatives do not contact our business again.

      We are in receipt of complaint #******* from Mr. ***** ****** of ********* ********* **********. We have voided the outstanding balance owing on Invoice # ****** and have placed ********* ********* ********** on our do-not-call list. While we did in fact provide a service and spoke to Mr. ******, we will accept his explanation that he was confused and will not charge the company for the work provided. At Yellow Pages Premium, our goal is to provide a high quality service while maintaining our clients' satisfaction by helping them to maximize their advertising budget, allowing them to reach a wide audience and improve and grow their businesses. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. ****** and hope that this solution is satisfactory to him.
