I purchased a new roof from Center Construction which was installed and paid in full on May 23,2022. The final cost was $11,942.70. The contract included 30 year architectural shingles, new plywood, and 10 year labor/material warranty. I have brought issues with the front of the roof to ****** **** (owner) attention multiple times since May 2022. I have provided pictures that the front of the roof is not laying properly and requested that ****** and his crew come back to look and correct. ****** did come back out in June 2022, and after inspection stated that there were areas of nails that were not hammered down all the way in the plywood, causing the "bubbling and rippling" look. He assured me that he fixed the problem and the roof would lay flat within a week or so. When this did not happen, I contacted the company again. They came out again at the end of the summer in 2022 and stated that everything was fine and I needed to give it time to settle. In spring of 2023, I could still visibly see areas on the front of the roof that looked abnormal. I contacted the company 4 or 5 more times requesting they come back out and look. Finally in July they came out. I was told that the adhesive used to secure the shingles was not adhering properly, and this is what was causing the uneven look. I was told the problem was once again fixed. There is a clear difference in how the front of the roof was installed vs the back. The company had at least 8 installers that day. I believe whoever worked on this area of the front did not install properly, and I am not satisfied with how uneven , bumpy, and wavy the roof looks visually. I am not convinced that it will not leak (or isn't already leaking through to the brand new plywood I paid to replace as a part of this contract). I have made contact with Center Construction 4 more times in August to ask that they come back out, with no response.
