    System was great to start. Great experience with installation and no problems for the first few years. But now, the system makes a LOUD noise in my wall. They say this is normal and will not fix it. In the meantime I am woken up everyday with the sun, because this is when the system kicks on and I don't like being in my own bedroom due to the awful noise in the wall. Wish I had never gone solar. Would NOT recommend to anyone

    They do a bait and switch with the price. They don’t tell you upfront that you have to pay an additional 12k in the 1st 15 months or your bill goes up by $100 a month for the life of the loan. They put that in the fine print of the contract but when they talk to you they never mention it. Very unethical. I will now be losing money by going solar with them.

    I had my panels installed in Dec of 2022. The install took awhile but they stayed in touch. I had a part go bad and they replaced it quickly. Getting any answers from my rep now is almost impossible. No follow up calls to ask how is it going, nothing. I'm happy so far.

    This company uses high-pressure sales tactics. I jointly own a house with my son and when I did not go along enthusiastically with their proposal, they secretly had my son sign a contract with them. The sales person was unethical and their contract which my son won't cancel is a nightmare.

    I live in Western MA and our solar panels have now been installed and inspected, and it all seems very well constructed. Our layout was a little tricky, but they came up with a solution and made it work. The project manager, Chris H., has been very responsive, and the installers (team 1) have been polite and respectful, and very punctual each time. An overall good experience. Would recommend.

    PlugPV just completed my solar power installation in SW Florida. It took them 2 days, with interruptions for heavy rain showers. I was contacted initially by their salesman, Henry S., who was pleasant and answered my questions, without being pushy at all (as other solar companies had been). I signed for the initial engineering drawings, and was assigned to Christopher H., the company's project manager. After filling out a few forms for the electric company, Christopher got everything approved and set an installation date. Right on time, the installation crew arrived They were professional and fast workers and had everything installed by the second day. The equipment on the side of the house looks very professional. A visit was scheduled for 2 days later from the city inspector, and approval was given with comments on how nicely it was done. Jimmy from PlugPV arrived earlier that day and had the electrical equipment opened up to make the inspection easier for the city electrical inspector. Jimmy showed me what each piece equipment did and showed me how to shut off the system in case of any emergency. The day after the power company was notified, Christopher let me know that the power company was reviewing everything and was close to scheduling an appointment to replace the current electrical meter with a bi-directional one. I should be on solar as soon as the power company does that, and I can't wait! Let me emphasize how pleasant it was to work with everyone at PlugPV, and that I consider them friends. They are marvelous to work with, and I am sure that their future customers will be as pleased as I am!

    We just (10/20/2023) had PlugPV, LLC of Albany, NY install solar power for our home renewable energy source. Roger W******, their representative, was professional, friendly, and always there when we needed him. The installers were knowledgeable, professional, and completed their work in a timely manner. Our kwh usage on the ******* ****** meter has gone from an average of 600 units per month down to about 100 units, and Roger assures me that will improve as the system acclimates and comes to its full potential (no later than early spring) mostly due to being in the winter/overcast timeframe.     Matt G***** and the team were all great. Matt says down with me and explained everything clearly, Everyone was very timely with answering questions. The installers were great and quick. There was paperwork, but honestly it seemed like Plug PV took care of the bulk of anything necessary. Highly recommend.

    Ryan Schumacher and PlugPV were amazing. He demonstrates the little initiatives that separates a good business employee to a great business employee. Ryan is always constantly in contact with us to see if we need help with anything. He stops by when he’s in the area just to see if everything is going okay, that all is working properly, and if we have any questions. Anytime I’ve had even the slightest issue with something, his response is immediate and efficient. I could go on and on because he is truly one of the best consultants/representatives I’ve worked with in a long time. It is nice to see that there are still people out here that take pride in their job and the way they work.

    Just want to start by saying I'm a contractor and I'm pretty picky about everything. I did lots of research and got quite a few quotes to have solar installed. PlugPV had by far superior products to offer compared to other companies. Jarred the sales guy and Ben and Felix from their office were very knowledgeable, professional and know their stuff. I was amazed by the installation crew they were working very professionally. They did a fantastic job! Really fast installation and really high quality craftsmanship. Everyone was super friendly. The price I got from PlugPV was also the lowest compared to other companies. Also the fact that their products are best in class, was a no brainer. Once the service provider changed out my meter, I'm now generating my own electricity. Overall super happy for going with solar and going with PlugPV, would recommend to anyone.
