I bought a wig from their site for a trip. I ordered from them thinking it was an American site. nothing on there showed it was coming from China. it was to get to me in 2-4 days as the site states. but got it way later than that. now when it comes, it looks nothing like the product. I tried contacting them right after to no avail. no number on the site worked. I sent an email for an address to return so I can get a refund. no reply till I went through my credit card company to cancel the transaction. That's when they replied and finally sent an address. I shipped it back and they acknowledged receipt. I was told they could not return till I closed the dispute. I closed it and till now I have not received my refund and they are not responding to my messages. 288.99 is a lot of money and I just want my money back. they have this one American number on the e-receipt i got (###-###-####) and when I called this guy picked up and said he has been getting a lot of calls from people asking for their wigs but he has no affiliation to them whats so ever and he wants it to stop. This business id deceiving people and its not right. Attached are all the email correspondence and screenshots. Thank you
