On June 30th, I placed an order for a mouse pad through Alan Becker (alanbecker.com) and paid $49.98. The site states that orders ship in 5-10 business days. A month and a half later there has still been no updates to my order status and when you attempt to contact the only contact/email on the website ******************************* where it claims a team member will get back to you - you receive an automated email that states it's an unmonitored email address. Therefore you have NO way to actually speak with a human, ask about your order, or ask for a cancellation and refund. I am looking for help in cancelling my order (#****) and receiving a refund.Business response

Included in our auto-responder is information about our delayed shipping; we had production issues at the factory, and items began shipping last week. Please feel free to reach out to the product support team of that manufacturer for a response within 24 hours. *********************
