I attended the Hollowed Harvest in Lockport, NY on 9/30/22 with my husband and toddler (Order Number: ********************). We were so excited to attend; however, were extremely disappointed by the set up on that night. Some exhibits were not set up as evidenced by stacks of boxes with pumpkins sticking out, multiple exhibits were not lit up, and there were several speakers playing a horrible static noise (not sure if it was intended to be for music). Pictures of the exhibits are attached. Considering that we spent over $50 to attend this event, I expected that it would have at least been set up. If the facility was not prepared to host an event that night, then we should have been refunded or given tickets for another date. I did not want to make a scene and discuss anything on that date, because I was with my toddler and husband who was just diagnosed with leukemia. I emailed the company and messaged them on ********. They blocked me on ******** after ignoring me. Then I started posting on their ********* account in order to get a response and they also blocked me there. I was really just looking for another ticket to attend on a night where it was set up so my family could get the experience we paid for.
