I wish there was a zero rating for this business. I got a call the other day from this company. The man asked for my wife and I told him that my wife suffers from Alzheimers and really couldn't discuss anything with him. He proceeded to tell me my wife owed about $500.00 for a credit card with *******. ******* has been out of business for over 5-8 years. I asked him to send me a statement from her account and if she owed the money I would be happy to pay. I also informed him that I have not received anything in the mail about this bill. He then said he doesn't have a statement but he is telling me the money is owed. He must be kidding me. Just because he claims monies are owed doesn't make it a fact. I said show me a statement with purchases and payments and that would suffice. Of course he said he doesn't have this. He told me I am a deadbeat and have nothing. What kind of moron owns a collection company. Anyone would need proof of monies owed. This company needs to be investigated. I think they are just trying to get money from gullible people. Well be called the wrong person. By the way, he had no right to discuss this with me seeing it was my wife's account.

What you guys won't do is call and threaten me with legal action over $400 dollars. The woman I was speaking with she kept interrupting me when I was talking just rude! I was told that legal paperwork was sent to me at an address I do not live at. Also, stop calling with the harassing calls. I work in this field and that's not how you get things done. I asked to be sent paperwork to my actual address so I can see what's going on but instead I was just given the credit card info and that was it. There are too many scams going on for me to be like 'okay here's my card number!' So until I have the proper paperwork sent to MY ACTUAL ADDRESS I am not negotiating anything!

I there was a lower rating I could give I would do it! Donald, the Claims Department Chair, as he identified himself when he left his threatening message when he called me at 12:53pm. I was off of work, saw a strange phone number so didn't answer. Because of the threatening message I decided I would talk with my wife, who almost immediately received a call from Donald. Then my daughter out of state, my mother, out of state, my brother who I have not seen in years. When I did call him, he was nice, but then I found out today that he had called all of these family members, discussed things with my mother, left a message with my daughter that included account information, which I know is illegal! This idiot, that I thought was nice and took care of the issue cordially, was stabbing me in the back the whole time. What a slimeball! The laws need to change so that people like this go to jail for pulling stunts like this. I called him back with an hour or so, so he HAD to have immediately called everyone after not getting an answer on my phone. I mean let's think about this, who answers a call from an unknown number? And with all the wakos out there, who will immediate call back some raving lunatic who's threatentening you with illegal activity without checking to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed? This company ios poison and they give everyone in the credit field and bad reputation. They are undhanded, engage in illegal threats and harass family members, even though right now it is NOT illegal for them to call them. I think the law should allow for at least 24 hours before they can contact anyone else! These people are the scum of the earth and need to be stopped!
