Coach Rachael is amazing. I just finished my 12 week program. Not only did I loose weight and inches. Rachael has totally transformed the way I think about food. It is not just watching calorie intake. Once you understand how to monitor your protein, fiber, fat and carbs….You will notice the weight and inches to fall off. Even if you are not exercising regularly, you will still lose. Adding two days a week of exercise is just a bonus. Our weekly sessions kept me on track. I was very focused and motivated and it wasn’t just trying to loose weight. I had more energy and I felt great thru my journey. I noticed that just making simple, healthy meals or preping meals for a week was so simple and exciting. Rachael’s simple recipes were filing and satisfying and we all need that. We all know if food is not satisfying we are going to go to not healthy meals. I added more fiber and protein which reduced my sugar cravings. We all know how hard it is to not eat junk food and sweets but Rachael has a wonderful way of explaining how to take everything in moderation. She is such a joy to learn from. She generally cares about her clients. Her guidance has helped me grow a lot through this journey and I look forward to our next journey together.
