      The two times I've ordered from this place the orders have been wrong. They're so shady they don't even offer a refund just store credit. Why would I order from them a third time just to have the wrong order yet again. Stay far away from this place. I'll initiate a return because I only used two items from the entire order and the rest will just be sitting in the packaging.

      This has got to be a joke of a company. My sister had shopped here a few years ago and enjoyed her items so I decided to follow suit. I placed an order for $21.36 on 01/07/2024, which included their $4.99 shipping (2-4 business days). I received my order on 01/27/24, 20 days later, which included two emails to their support team. I spoke with Shaun over a week after I placed my order and inquired about the shipping time. He said "[they] had a big end-of-year sale, so shipping is backed up". Mind you, I didn't even get a tracking number until 15 days after I placed the order and their website had it marked as "unfulfilled" that entire time. I emailed again days afterwards and asked for a refund because my purchased items were meant for an event I was attending and the event had passed. I can understand standard shipping delays, but they set the expectation on 2-4 business days for themselves so it's only fair to honor that. Shaun responded by saying "[my] order is in transit and cannot be cancelled" and that I can "make a return once I receive the items". He sent my tracking number shortly after which I'm assuming was only because I emailed twice at that point. Low and behold, I get finally get my items. One of them was "unavailable" and my "file has been noted for store credit". In order to use it, I must "email @_ with the product number of my new choice". I never emailed because I wanted to be done with this laughing stock of a store. Then, what prompted my complaint, was an email I received on 01/28/24 reading "just wanted to remind you of that little surprise code I activated for you to use $10.21 on anything you want" and "I'm only able to reserve this code for a few more days". HUH? I never asked to activate a code and why would I only have a few days to use my own money on something you couldn't send to me? Then, the bottom of her note states "minimum purchase of $9.99 required". That is the most ridiculous thing. Give me a full refund of $21.36.

If you require immediate delivery, we offer VIP processing and rush shipping options for your convenience. We are glad that you were able to take advantage of our big end of the year sale with the 49% off coupon. However, we faced unforeseen circumstances after the sale, as Buffalo NY experienced a Blizzard resulting in driving bans and the closure of USPS/UPS services. Consequently, orders were further delayed. Please understand that this is not the kind of experience we want you to have with us. Unfortunately, it was beyond our control. As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund your order.

      Kelli with Customer Svc went above and beyond to help me. When the earring I ordered wasn't staying in my ear, she sent alternative options to see if that worked. Sadly it didn't but Kelli was quick to always answer my questions and quickly refunded me. I don't give reviews but this customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Kelli!

      My mother purchased a nose ring for me for my birthday and needless to say she's out of money and I'm out of a nose ring. It's so small there's no way I'd be able to put it on let alone, people wouldn't be able to see it... it's so small. It's even too small for my 1 year olds ear. She requested a refund only to find out she could only get store credit from a store we will no longer shop at. So they get to keep the money and I don't have a gift. I'll never shop Herr again and I will pass the word along so others won't have to deal with buyers remorse.

      They say their jewelry is surgical steel but it oxidizes to green which is copper. Do not trust this site as the jewelry is not surgical steel and it seems to be copper. I have contacted their customer service and was told the piercing had a coating which wore off.. even though if it did it still would not turn the surgical steel green and it was plain silver color and had no coating.

      ********, I see that customer service has explained as with all fashion body jewelry; the bar that goes through the piercing is 316L surgical grade stainless steel, the decoration in this case the whale, is made of various metal alloys and will turn in time, if it is not removed prior to showering or swimming. Other items in your order had black coatings over 316L surgical grade stainless steel, not the item in question. We sent a full refund for you yesterday as a one time courtesy because your experience with our store is very important to us! Please contact customer service or your piercing professional if you have any questions regarding metals for fashion body jewelry. Thank you.

      I recently ordered some jewelry from Body Candy including a mystery grab bag of nipple rings. Although I was hesitant at first, I read the reviews with pictures and saw that many people were happy with their purchases. For $13.99, I thought it was worth the risk to buy a mystery bag. When I received the mystery bag, I thought someone had packed this bag as a joke. Two of the pairs were holiday themed. One was candy canes and the other was pumpkins. The third set was a huge pair of safety pins. They looked so uncomfortable. I checked the website and the safety pin pair was not even available. I understand that I made this purchase and took the risk of getting random sets. However, I wasn't expecting to get cheesy holiday-themed pairs and one that wasn't even sold on the site anymore. I contacted customer service to return them. They charge a $4.99 shipping fee, but you have to pay for shipping yourself. I contacted customer service again to ask why they charge a shipping fee. The woman I spoke to told me they charge this fee to cover the costs of shipment for the new jewelry you buy with your store credit. This doesn't even make sense. How do they know I am not going to spend over $24.99 and qualify for free shipping with my store credit? My friend recommended this site to me, but I won't be returning after I used my store credit.

      Body Candy’s jewelry has given me an allergic reaction to their metal twice. They reminded me that the first complaint was in 2016, and then the recent one was due to the “stainless steel” belly rings that I ordered after they emailed and texted me about a special sale they had going on. I sent them pictures and explained what was going on and I was refunded and advised to contact a piercing professional. The refund was nice but I still had to deal with the discomfort for a few days. I’ve had my piercing for almost 6 years and never have this experience with other stainless steel rings. If you are like me and are allergic to cheap metals, you will have a bad reaction if the ring isn’t in fact surgical/stainless steel. They didn’t really seem to care and by reading the other reviews from customers…I can see this is a regular thing.

      I order 2 nose rings and they only sent me one but charged for both of them. Just to tell me that they dont give refunds only store credit. Well the 1 they did send me was cheaply made and no where near big enough to fit my septum. Then they told me that i can return it for store credit but i have to pay for shipping, and there will be a 4.99 shipping charge to my store credit amount for the new products. Which means i cant even get something of the same value as what i originally ordered. Theyre a rip off.
