      Islandwide Commercial Roofing (ICR) has not completed the work that they were paid for, as per the contract. We paid them a total of $113,200.00. The final payment of $28,951.57 was made on 9/1/2023 with the understanding that ICR will finish the final part of the job - namely, install gutters and drains around the building, and finish connecting the drains to the pipes - later that day or in the next few days. The next day in the morning we noticed that one of the skylights had been broken and the gutters/drain work had not been completed. We have been calling ICR almost every week since then to come back and finish the job, which they have not done thus far.In the past few months since the new roof was installed we have also had leaks. On 11/22/2023 we noticed a leak in the playroom and in the hall by the south door. We called ICR. They came within a week and fixed the leak. They promised to come back and complete the installation of the gutters and connect the drains but they have not done so, to date.On 12/18/2023 we noticed a leak in playroom, in the same spot where it had leaked before, and also a new leak in one of the bathrooms. We have called ICR several times, but they have not yet repaired the leaks.On 1/10/2024, we noticed a leak, again in the playroom in the same spot as before. The ceiling tiles are now starting to droop. We called ICR, who promised to be on site today, 1/17/2024. They did not show up. We are a church school with limited financial resources and ICR has put us in a very bad situation.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience due to the delay of the skylight. Two months for the sky like to arrive. For the delay, we will be out there Wednesday to take care drains also installed the gutter

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Case ID# ******** still has not been resolved.  We tried emailing you when we received the letter, it seems you never received the response.  Islandwide Commercial Roofing still has not resolved the problem.  The roof is still leaking and the sky light has not been replaced.  The gutters are still not installed.  The owner ***** has excuses whenever he is supposed to show up.  I suppose he told you he has everything to correct the problem, but he still has not done anything.

      Like previously stated we will not take down the complaint until everything has been fixed properly and according to the contract.  He also needs to fix the flashing, drains need to be connected and the sky light.
