Around August 2021 I gave him $2000 deposit to ******* when does revolve remodeling. He is shored me that my windows would be done within 4 to 6 weeks I have been calling and asking when my windows will be done and ******* assured me that they will be out November 18 or 19th of 2021 well I havent heard from anybody. Leave him messages I want my deposit back I really think they are scamming peopleCustomer response

They installed broken windows in my co-op. That in itself was a nightmare...they promise to rectify the situation and give me a partial refund for the trouble. However they do not return phone calls, text messages or emails. The windows were installed broken on 9/28/21. Still waiting on the refund and one last broken window to be fixed. I have a contract with Revolve Remodeling, ****************************************, ************** signed 8/24/2021 to replace my broken basement windows. I need this job done. They don't answer their phone. I always get a voicemail. They don't return my calls.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Revolve Remodeling LLC regarding complaint ID ********.I have sent them a certified letter telling them that our contract is null & void since they are unresponsive. Fortunately, I did not pay a deposit, so the only thing I lost was time in getting the repair done. I have contracted with another company and highly recommend that nobody use Revolve remodeling.

I contracted Revolve Remodeling to do a complete an exterior job of my home. The completion of work to be approximately 5 weeks for window and siding installation; masonry; and gutters. However, the aforementioned work remains incomplete. They used the incorrect wrap on my home and installed a thinner insulation then agreed upon.They stacked stone around the base of the my property, but it remains incomplete. Specifically, an entire layer of the stones across the front of the property is missing.The back door of the property was sealed off, and the interior work remained incomplete the insulation and sheetrock was never installed. The back sliding door was placed in the rear of the home and on the exterior side they did not install steps! It is in direct violation of ************** Code regulations, where an alternate, ACCESSIBLE exit is required also a fire hazard. The garage doors were to be replaced because the door was forced open by an employee of Revolve Remodeling during the stone placement renovations. As a result the garage is unable to properly open or completely close. After pursuing legal action the said owner waited 21 days to avoid legal trouble to settle and attempt to complete the job. When stated the owner mentioned this would cost more and completed nothing at his expense. All jobs were paid out of my pocket with no said offset or discount. Additional Materials and labor still at my expense, even though this work was in the contract. Owner agreed to replace the motors. Once the doors were installed the owner of Revolve remodeling disappeared and has ignored all forms of communication. I was forced once again to come out of pocket to cover an expense that we did not agree upon. This company remains unprofessional and irresponsible, As a veteran you hope to have great service and honor in there work. But they instead scammed me for thousands of dollars and left me a projectInitial Complaint

After my experience with Revolve Remodeling, I find them to be grossly mismanaged and probably even criminally negligent related to consumer services! About 6 months ago, I signed a contract with them to manufacture and replace windows in a residential property. They were unresponsive at times and when they did respond, it was always to buy more time with false promises to connect internally with managers and return my call. After waiting about 4.5 months, I decided to cancel. They refused to return my $1380.00 deposit. They agreed to discount the balance $1500.00 and so I reluctantly agreed to proceed with an amended contract (to avoid loosing my deposit). After making an additional payment, the strangest thing occurred. The financial manager who accepted my payment (*********************) called me back to say he would be holding my payment for a week due to some issues with their 3rd party payment processor.RED FLAGS! Reviewed BBB to find similar recent complaints. Cancelled again. No REFUND!
