      Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has done nothing for the PAST 52 DAYS to correct the part THEY broke!!! I left my 2021 Ram 1500 Limited pick-up truck for the 60k miles maintenance on March 5th 2024. She told me that it is just the routine maintenance, should be 3-4 days, maybe a week *** to get my truck back.IT HAS NOW BEEN ABOUT 52 DAYS SINCE I INITIALLY LEFT THE **** I didnt want any additional work done to the car but I was told that there was a recall and an oil leak (which I did not believe because there has never been oil stains on my driveway). Security performed the additional work that I did not ask for and weeks later discovered thy ultimately broke a part. After many messages, ignored phone calls, and three to four weeks later, the Service Director finally advised me that they took it upon themselves to fix an item THAT I NEVER ASKED OR COMPLAINED ABOUT, and now about 52 days later, I still do not have my truck!!! I cant take the truck because the item, that I never asked to be repaired, is now broken or missing and the truck is not drivable! My truck is stuck there because I cant take it, and Security has done nothing to fix it!! This is unacceptable. Even worse,( if there is a worse!?), THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A LOANER to replace my truck that they caused to be broken all this time by making a REPAIR that I didnt ask for. What is going on? Finally, after many attempts, the Service Director told me they broke the parts during the recall process, but these parts are not in their stock and havent been for the more than 52 days. He said that it will be A COUPLE OF MONTHS MORE for the parts to come in. This is completely unacceptable as I never requested the repair in the first place and the repair caused another broken part by Security!!! I need help! If not, no one should ever use the Service at SECURITY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP!!!Todays date: Friday, April 26, 2024

      Customer came in on 3/05/2024 for 3 open recalls and service work.  Unfortunately the 1 recall Z96 states for us to look at the gear and to see if it is broken.  If broken we need to replaced it otherwise it will damage the engine.  Part has been on order since 3/6/2024 and with a ETA 5/22/2024.  We don't have loaner vehicles that can help this customer out due to we don't have pick *** in our fleet.  We did forward his info to Ram to see if they can assist in a rental pick up truck.

      Our 2017 jeep renegade we had least and then we bought it out right weve had nothing but problems constantly take it to them and they cant fix it after my husband sits there for hours waiting then they say make an appointment and bring it in a month later which we do and they say they want to keep charging us for diagnostic testing but they cant figure out whats wrong with it so now they wanna call professional in This is where we bought the car ****** Blue Book shows that there was a callback on an electric panel on that car which they never took care of it on our car and our problem seems to be electrical. We get nowhere when we talk to them only rudeness and direct answers , all I know is when theyre done they want to give us a big bill and who knows if the car will be fixed As soon as we bought the car, there was nothing but problems with it and its not like we took it to our regular mechanic. We took it back to the place we bought it from and nothing but headaches and being told we cannot figure it out we gotta keep it for another three days and call specialist and meanwhile they were supposed to do that The first time we reported in talk to supervisor and we get a salesman who is been nothing but rude. I want it done right I want my car fixed and not have to pay somebody for hours and hours of trying to figure it out when we boarded in a month ago and they said they would call the professional. Theyve done nothing but plate games with us and Ive had our car and we have not been able to go anywhere because we are carless , my daughter has a car she has had nothing but problems we sent two friends to them who bought cars nothing but problems. They dont stand by their jeeps but ***************** Book shows that 2017 car had a recall and they never told us and the recall was electrical and thats what seems to be wrong with my car now.

      On January 19 2024 I gave Security Dodge of Amityville ******** for a lease of a 2023 jeep. On January 24 2024 they had to take the car back and figure out why the battery was dying. They had the car for a month with little explanation and solution for the problem and I was given different stories from different people with a lot of my time wasted by them leaving me standing in the dealership. I always had to call or go there on my own, no communication on their end. They put a fix on it by disabling the uconnect feature which they said caused the problem. I believe February 14 2024 we picked up the car but it was not 100% because they told us we couldn't use uconnect which I believe is being paid for. February 28 2024 I had to bring the car back because the seat frame on the driver side broke off the track. They said the part would come March 25 or April 11 2024 they weren't sure when. March 20 2024 left a message at 9am with no return call about a safety concern about the loaner vehicle. March 21 2024 I call again about the safety concern. 1050am I get a phone call about swapping the loaner and asked when can I come down I tell them 1130. I get there thinking they have a new loaner for me already and they haven't done anything. They take the key I had and start doing other things and told me it would be a little while. I only let them waste 30 minutes of my time and left with the original loaner. By this time I suggested and asked why they couldn't take a matching model from their lot take it out of inventory to take the part and fix my car then fix their car and put it back in inventory. They said they couldn't do that. I believe that would be very possible and they should have thought of that weeks ago considering I gave 5k in cash made 3 ****** payments and have only had the car in my possession for less than 2 weeks. Thank you for reading and I appreciate any help you can give to make sure nobody has to experience this stressful ordeal in these hard times.

      We have parts on order for this vehicle.  Eta is 03/29/2024.
      Once parts come in we will repair the vehicle and get it back to the customer.
      Customer is in a loaner car.  The loaner car is for transportation while the vehicle is in for service repairs.
      As to the concern back at end of January Stellantis has been in touch with all the customers that were affected with the dead battery concern.  
      We only sell and repair the vehicles.  Stellantis builds the vehicles and gives the vehicle a warranty.

      We have brought our Ram in 3 times in the last 6 months for the same problem left without our vehicle. First time it was the muffler 2 times this time a noise in the rear no one knows what is wrong We paid $45,000 for a truck and the service is horrible I have no clue what has happened to this company. I am beyond disappointed

      Customer vehicle has a warranty which has been covering the noise as of now.  Not sure what they are talking about 3 times.  Only see 2 tickets open 1 was for oil change and 2nd was for this noise they are talking about.  Vehicle is presently being worked on by a tech.

      Helped my 82-year-old retired father buy a car. Needed to be reliable and they were told as such, because he drives my handicapped mother to doctors' appointments. Ended up buying a 2016 Dodge Journey that had just about ******* miles and picked it up on 9/29/2023. When we purchased the vehicle, they tried to sell an extended warranty, but was implied that there was some coverage as the salesman told him he had included vehicle service. Upon leaving the dealership we had to go over and get new tires which we did on the 30th. On October 4th, 2023 a check engine light came on and the dealership was immediately called. They sent a truck to pick it up, scanned it and said everything was in working order and the problem would probably clear itself. A nice gesture, but validated the belief of coverage. Seriously why buy from a dealership otherwise? Withing weeks ALL lights started flashing and windshield wipers going crazy. My father doesn't drive much or very far so who could have known what was going to happen? On December 30th everything started going crazy again. Called Security and was told there was nothing they could do. I drove over there on December 31st, 2023 and finally had a face to face with used car manager. He told me that they could scan the vehicle but would do no repairs as there is no extended warranty. We went back and forth for several days until dealership pointed out a hanging red wire they say is the problem. When the vehicle was sold they told him about a set of lights that the previous owner had but didn't work. They told us that they were removed. Now we have a random red wire, THAT IS NOT FACTORY, causing problems with the vehicle. No dealership or extended warranty company covers *********** electrical issues. Who disconnected the lights? Did they just cut wires? If they removed something from the vehicle that was an electrical issue why didn't they remove all the wires? So now no vehicle until a specialist can find what the dealership did

      The vehicle went through cpo inspection and a recall was completed on 8-31-23, sold on 9-28-23 and the customer did not purchase an extended warranty.  On 10-5-23 we had the vehicle towed to the store.  The radiator cap was replaced to repair anti freeze smell.  We had the tech bleed the system.  On 10-31-23 warranteed a key.  All this was done at no charge to the customer. No other issues were noted.

      In Mid December, ******************* son contaced  us and stated his Dad was having issues with lights on the dashboard coming on and off. He was told to bring it in and we would put O.B.D. on it and see **** was going on for no charge. When he brought in the car ******************** son told us he had an outside mechanic working on the car prior and he had purchased an T.C.M. for his Dad's car.  ************** ****** looked at the *** after diagnosing at no charge.

      ******************* son said he attempted to fix it himself and thought he did have warranty coverage.  It was explained he did not.

      There were several phone conversations aiding **************** through his son about the issue as well.  We did what we could to assist him, but he did not want to put the car through our shop to repair the vehicle.  He was concerned about how much it might be.

      The vehicle was picked up on 10/5/23 for an engine light and not an antifreeze smell. Was advised that cap was no good and replaced. The engine code was nothing and would clear itself. When dealership was contacted about lights, I was ADVISED to take it to an outside source and get it scanned which proved useless as most codes are dealer specific. On informing dealership of this on December 31st I was again ADVISED that i could bring it in for scanning, but should buy an outside computer and to fix it myself as I seemed handy.  The only attempts to "fix" the problem was having it scanned by a reputable mechanic, and me checking the battery cables as I was told to do through dealership. Vehicle ended up back at dealership for scanning and was advised of a random red wire. 

      There were in fact several conversations about the vehicle where manager suggested solutions and repeated that there was no warranty coverage no matter what was implied. On several occasions calls were Disconnected, Sent to voice mail, or number was taken with a promise of return calls that never happened. 

      NO work was ever done except replacing of tires that were worn. Any other scanning or checking of wires and battery were at the direct instruction of the Manager at Security Dodge.  T.C.M. was purchased as advised and returned as service rep and manager expressed confidence in problem being a random red wire. A wire that was hanging in drivers' area and is NOT a factory wire. Dealership expressed on delivery that there were aftermarket lights that were removed. Dealership takes no responsibility for removing of lights or leaving random wire in vehicle that are clearly the issue.

      I have a 2022 Diesel Ram Truck which is still under warranty and was sent a letter for a recall regarding transmission. We brought truck in for recall, oil and air filter change and they held the truck for over 10 days and when we finally said we would come to take the truck back and bring it somewhere else they pleaded with us to let them do the work. We allowed them to do the work and we still were without a loaner car which we needed to be able to go to work and when we picked up the truck they charged us $1,200.00 for an oil and air filter change!!!!!!! The recall should not have been charged so they said it was JUST for oil and air filter change.

      I went to this dealership on Sunday 9/10/2023. I intended to lease a car from them. They didn't have the exact car I wanted. Instead of walking away completely, I was talked into leaving a deposit on another car. This car was lesser of a vehicle of what I wanted. I advised ****** that I had to think about this. I made an appointment to come in again, the next time ****** worked and that was Tuesday 9/12/2023. I contacted ****** and informed him that I would not be taking this vehicle. I have received the runaround for several days, in regards to my refund. I finally received my refund on 9/14/2023. However, the remaining issue is, that they are refusing to release my Jeep loyalty rewards. Without these rewards, I will be paying $1,000 more for a Jeep. I need my rewards, I am *********** my rewards. I am in the middle of leasing my 4th Jeep. All I need is for this dealership is to release my jeep loyalty, so I can use my rewards on another Jeep elsewhere. I would like proof that my loyalty was unclaimed and the deal unwinded. Thank you.

      The customer came into the dealership and stated he got a better deal somewhere else.  He asked for his DMV fees to be returned but the paperwork was not done on the vehicle.  Now that we received this complaint and we see he was asking for the rebate to be returned, we just unwound it and it is processing to be returned.

      We just re-ran a configurator incentive sheet.  We checked his previous vin # : 2021 Jeep **************** , Vin ending ******** 
      The returning lessee loyalty incentive is available.  The customer is entitled to $1000 Returning Lease Loyalty Cash.  We cannot answer why ************* did not give him his $1000 incentive.  That is where he took delivery from, so they can answer any questions *************** has.  Unfortunately Security Dodge can't.  As we stated several days ago we DELETED the original incentive sheet we saved when he came in and cancelled his deal & received his refund.  Why a complaint is still open against the dealer he DIDN'T do business with is unfortunate.  Looks like ************* or Stellantis Corporate owes the customer $1000.

      On the 03/09/2023 I purchased a vehicle for $32,900 at this dealership, I called made sure the price was right and availability prior heading there,(FIRST RED FLAG) they tried to charge me 7k extra,after seeing what they were doing and questioned them ,they told me the $32900 was for returning buyers ,I insisted and said I will not pay 7k extra,the car was posted for $32,900 When I walked in I asked and you told $32,900 I'm not paying anything more ,long story short After a few back and forth I decided to walk out and leave ,they came to my car and told me to come back inside and they will give it to me for $32,900 (SECOND RED FLAG) they added an extended warranty on my loan for $3600 without telling me smh I seen that too when I questioned them I was told it's in my best interest cause the vehicle is fully loaded and everything is computerized ,no!!!you can't do that extended warranty is optional not forced into a loan to collect interest without saying anything and have customers pay for it because the 7k extra scam didnt work!Worst part is after 8+hours they gave me a FILTY CAR WITH AN EMPTY GAS TANK And 1 key A car at a official dealership supposed to be detailed and full gas tank I was told to come back tomorrow for my spare key cause upstairs was lock ,it's been 3 weeks still no spare key,they stop answering the phone,I been ignored, put on hold for nearly 30m until I hung up went to the dealership 3x and still nothing !They said they will make a decision Tuesday, what decision there's to make ?you guys are a dealership, if you guys can't find the key just make one !!!that's the least they can do after all the bs ,scams, 8 hours+ waiting, dirty car ect..i should have went back to mecedes and get another car ,I HONESTLY REGRET EVER STEPPING INTO THAT PLACE NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

      I leased a car from this company almost 3 years ago and the lease is almost up.3.5 weeks ago the transmission light went on and the car was making grinding noises.I called the 3 closest Chrysler dealers and the soonest appointment i could was not for another 3.5 weeks.//I called Security Dodge and they would not give me an earlier appointment (even though the car is owned by them), or tow my car to them for service or even give me a loaner vehicle.I called them 3 separate times to request an extension of the lease for the same amount of the time the car was out of commission, or a refund on the lease amount for that same time (since the car is owned by them and I did not cause the damage and they didn't give a substitute car until they could service it).After each of the 3 times I called, they said they would call me back and never did.I have not had use of my car for 3.5 weeks and was very inconvenienced trying to make other arrangements while having to pay my regular lease for this month while not using the car.

      The dealership does not own leased vehicles.  The leases go through a financial institution with whom it was financed or leased with.  All issue's need to be handled at the corporate level meaning Stellantis Corp.  The dealership does not handle reimbursements to customers, that is also at the corporate level.  If you should need reimbursement for alternate transportation you may contact ************** and speak to a representative within Stellantis.  The dealership handles the repairs and is not responsible for any customer payments or any guarantee of any alternate transportation.

      My car has been in service because they are waiting on a part for almost two months now. My car has shut off on me mid driving after them claiming they serviced and fixed it. Which I got no paperwork when the car was released back to me. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and can give birth at any day to my first child. The 4x4 system is the part that needs to be replaced. The service department continues to claim its driveable but it is not if it snows. I do not feel safe being pregnant driving in my car or putting my newborn in to it. I want this situation rectified very quickly.
