            I purchase a car . 2 days after the fuel pump went . At my work it had to be flat bed and the requested me to pay for tow truck I refused to pay for it I ask for a loaner car they never provide one so I had to find ride to and from work. Then I took back to them cause I heard a noise in motor . They check it said they add oil to it cause it was low they thought that could be causing noise . . I went back cause motor was still making noise actually a knocking . They said I would have to take it to *** so they made appointment I took . *** said I need to bring it back and leave it over night Wally’s told me to keep driving it . So Wally’s made appointment. I took it down. Wally was supposed to have some one there to give me a ride home . But they forgot. I had to wait for them to send someone. 45 minutes. Then they said top end of my motor was bad needed a new motor. Wally’s had my car for 8 weeks. Yes they gave me a loaner which I had to argue with them to get a loaners. I got my car back and drove it for 2 days I smelled antifreeze . Call Wally’s made an appointment told me to bring it in . Now bad radiator. Which there was nothing wrong with radiator before they changed motor They order one . Two weeks before it will be in . Told me to keep driving my car which I have to add antifreeze to and watch it so it don’t over heat. I don’t want the car no more told them I want to trade it on something equal value or a little more. Which I found a car but they want me to roll over money. I will not roll over any money. I just want them to make this.right and do a even swap.

            This place is ridiculous, over priced, for the service you get, 140$ for a Dx. & then they dont do their job right. Came in with my car, stalling on me in the highway, WHY….? I just brought the car to you guys said everything was OK didnt find anything. When i turned my ac/heat off my car was shutting off….? WHY…? I just picked it up from you guys. Took it to ********** ******* lube for an oil change & they found a Ground cable missing & seen how my car was shutting on by turning off the AC/Heat. How crazy is that. Brought it to Wallys and said, “didnt i bring this car to you guys within 3-4 days & look” Naveck was a slight upset, cause this is serious now, car shutting off on me on Red lights, stop signs, highways. But he said we cant do anything about it today, can you bring it in Fri. It was like within 3-4 days i believe i went there on a Monday-Tuesday. SMH like really, how about my safety & child. So after i took it to ******* **** Asked them what should i do & they direct me to changing the compressor which was slightly shaking out of its place, about to give up. & so i did changed it. & everything was fine with it. Till now my ac is not working, they want to charge a 140$ for dx & i have a coupon that I received in the email saying 90$ for AC performance test/diagnose. With experation of June 30,2023 YET THE PERSON WORKING IN MY CAR SAID IT WOULDNT WORK FOR THIS. They dont car for anything but to get paid, they dont car if you have an accident or not. This place needs to fix up & fix there prices it’s ridiculous for someone who works so hard & depends on the car so much with kids errands and my job itself plus my college travel, to have to go thru this ** when iam spending they amount of money on it.
