I contacted Pioneer Recovery today regarding account# ************ on 7/10/24 and spoke with Teresa P**** around 230pm. I advised her that I was placed in financial hardship and have not been able to pay my bills due to the unauthorized debits-taking money from my social security check. They have been taking my money ever since 12/2/2023. Due to me being a 71 year old woman on a fixed income- this has caused me to be without adequate food and sometimes being without other necessities in my home. I have had to borrow money to which I cannot afford to pay back just to keep the lights on. Teresa told me they were taking the money because of a worker's comp claim or a slip and fall to which money had been owed to the Dep of health and human services. I assured her that I had not been in any accidents, and I didn't owe money to anyone. I never authorized anyone to take money from my check/account and I am requesting that this company CEASE and DESIST collecting money and return all monies taken. I also request a legal debt validation authorizing them to take my money. I never made a debt/contract with Pioneer and want FULL compensation for the hardship they caused. Failure to comply with my request will result in a civil lawsuit from my consumer attorney. Govern yourselves accordingly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I reject the response because I requested that they provide documents giving them permission to take money from my social security check and I further requested that they send me a legal debt validation holding me under contractual obligation to pay anything to them. I further requested they CEASRE and DESIST taking my money and    refund all monies they had taken from me. To all of my demands- they have failed to follow through. I will go ahead and contact an consumer attorney to rectify the situation. I tried to resolve at the lowest level. However, I see they are only concerned with exploiting the elderly and taking money that doesn't belong to them.   Regards,  ***** *******

Received this 2nd Notice Action Required notice that I owed $254.55 for Regi VEH OnRSHP TRANS W/IN. This Traffic fine was noted as occurring before 11/1/2020. First this is the first notice I have received and more importantly I have never owned purchased or transferred Owner ship in the state off Hawaii. I did a quick and easy search to find that in 2018 there was a ******* ****** who was fined $200.oo for this offense but again I live in Ohio and was not living in Hawaii. This Credit company is using scare tactics saying I was going to loose my license. They do no research if they find a name that is even close they mail you a bill.

City of Philadelphia never calculated the correct tax amount to be paid after assessment was changed and there for reported incorrect amount owed to this credit agency which never did its investigation. Document on error by City of Philadelphia is attached. I will also be taking this up with the city of Philadelphia since they are the ones to get this agency involved.

I have heard nothing from the Small Business Administration about the Hurricane Matthew relief loan they made to me since before the pandemic. There has been ZERO communication from them, yet they turned me over to PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY, INC and added approximately $7,000 to my balance. This is supposed to be a RELIEF fund for hurricane damage my home received. I have had NO contact from PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY, INC. Yet yesterday, May 21, 2023, I received a letter from the State Controller's Office in Raleigh, NC, informing me that PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY was garnishing my payroll starting this week. They are taking an unreasonable $624.34 from my meager state employment earnings. This will force me directly into bankruptcy. On state payroll I don't even make enough to buy fuel for work during the last week of each month, so this is extremely unreasonable. Especially without warning or any notification of any kind. If this is legal, it's shady. I'm meeting with an attorney on Wednesday to file if this garnishment remains in place at this astronomical rate. Justin at PIONEER just told me that I had to pay the $23K in cash to resolve the collection. If I had that kind of money, I wouldn't have needed the hurricane relief funds that this originated from.

This company will not stop harassing me. They call my phone, nonstop in efforts to reach my mom (the person they are trying to get a hold of). My mother has already spoken with them, yet they are relentless and continue to call. They have recently began calling all of our family members, my work place, and my friends. I have no clue how they have access to this information but it needs to stop. On top of that, they don’t state who they are (company). I only found out because I google the number.

Since my initial complaint, I have since blocked the number. However, they continue to Harris my close friends and family as well as people I have worked with in the past. They become aggressive on the phone if they don’t receive the answers to their questions. This is a complete invasion of privacy and must stop.

So it’s a debt collection I believe they buy debts so they had a couple of my goods apparently, but we agreed to pay for I believe it was like four months on like a phone bill and then they took it upon themselves to collect another day without my permission and that went on for two years and I want my money back because I didn’t give them permission to take that money from my account. It was something like $18 a month.

Pioneer contacted me by phone last week re: an employee, that they say owes a medical provider for services rendered in the past. They could not tell me any info, including a date, as to when this supposed service was provided but it was probably in 2021 or maybe 2020 and they said ****** was also named. The employee they named has not had insurance with **** through our group insurance for several years as he has Medicare! I told them I would pay $0 without proof and then checked with the employee who knew nothing about this- and I had heard nothing about this before that phone call. An email was sent to me and, upon opening it, it had an "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom! IF our employee did owe money for a medical service, our company would not be involved, as it would have been between the employee and the ****** provider. Pioneer is saying the company I work for owes this debt to the Dept of Health and Human Services, referred to them by the US Dept of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service. I rec'd a letter in the mail (attached) today about this $1,442.38. Info included in today's mailing: Acct # ******** As of 4/13/22, owed $1,383 Between then and today, $59.38 charged in interest Current balance: $1,442.38 This is a scam!
