  Ardsley Car wash started offering a monthly fee 0f $49 for unlimited car washes back in 2021 is when I believe it started . I first started receiving a bill of $53.99 which I believe included the tax. I looked back on my credit card statement ****************** Dec. 2021 and that is what was reflected.Since then my bill has continued to go up for this service without any notice.$55.99 Nov. 2022 $57.99 Jan 2023 $65.99 May **************************************************************************************************** my face when I told her it was illegal to increase the bill the way they have continued with out notification. I asked for a credit and to honor my original charge that I signed a contract for and she continued to laugh in my face. When I was in there complaining there were 3 other people doing the same. This has happened to everyone that has purchased the unlimited program through them an dI hope that you can help everyone get the credit they deserve.Please feel free to reachout to me with any questions you may have.   The car wash monthly membership  does not have any long term contract and it is a month to month  subscription service and all the members are able to cancel it anytime.
  . 
  The subscription terms and condition policy clearly states that the membership fee prices can be changed anytime from time to time as  necessary .
  The membership number 646  customer name ******* *******  has signed up the monthly membership on october 5th 2019. Customers agreed and signed on the membership policy which included pricing change in future time.  Again  the membership fee is not fixed.  It changes every time when the car wash service fee increases  or when the service provider needs to change it.
  
  For the notification 
  Everytime we increase the price we post a price increase change notice at least a month before the effective date inside  our car  wash facility to inform all the active members  about upcoming price changes. 
   We have posted the recent price change notice since February 25.2023  for the pricing change starting on April 15th 2023 .
  
  If any customer is not satisfied with the new membership fee , they can cancel anytime by giving us a written notice or simple membership cancellation form at our cashier station. 
  Even after the cancellation they are still more than welcome customers for our car wash as regular customers who pay for a car wash each time. .

  We have lots of monthly  members who use the  membership too many times and we hear a lot of complaints  from non membership customers about a way too long waiting line or too long a time to get into the car wash facility. This matter also referred to us to increase membership fees. 
  Dear our valued customer, even after you read this if you are still not happy. You can just cancel the membership .We will refund you membership fee different from the recent price change which was starting from april 15th 2023
