Date of Transaction 11/30/2022 amount estimated $3520 We paid $2050 to The Fixer Home Repair Finishing the Hardwood Upstairs Square footage of 1090 consists of 3 bedrooms, back hall & back stairs plus landing on the top floor We learned from Kevin W********* from The Fixer Home Repair LLC through Home Advisors on November 13, 2021, when we used his Handyman services to remove our carpet & dispose of it. We accepted his estimate & the work began on 11/30/2021 that same day he asked for a $1000 deposit to cover materials which we gave him the money. Kevin returned on 12/1/2021 after his shift he asked for $550 and told us he needed the money to pay his rent. We gave him the money. Kevin then returned 12/2/2021 to work on our floors. After his shift ended, he provided us receipts that total $756 & asked for additional $300 to purchase more supplies. Kevin promised the floors would be done by 12/3/2021 however he did not show up to work on 12/3 or Saturday 12/4 he texted and said he was on another job and will be back Monday 12/6 for 3 hrs. On Tuesday 12/7 Kevin returned for 4 hrs. After his shift he said the job will be completed by Friday 12/10/2021 and proposed a payment plan for the remaining $1670 by asking for $400 per day. We felt uncomfortable with this proposal and told him all we can give him is $200 and the remaining $1470 will be given to him on Friday 12/10 when the Job is completed. Kevin came in 12/8 & 12/9 worked in the same room for a total of 8 hrs. for both days. Friday 12/10/2021 he is a No Show he texted us & asked for more money in order to continue the job. So far Kevin partially sanded 3 rooms No resolution has been offered. We have no Tracking # or Order # just a receipt. Thank you ***** *****Customer response

Following Up on complaint #16343762 I gave Kevin R. W********* from Fixer Home Repair LLC Washington County NY the opportunity to finish the job he started on 11/30 He returned back on 12/14, 12/16 & 12/17 for a few hours each day repeating the same work on the floors with NO new results. We gave him additional $370 on 12/17 We told him to please finish the job by 12/18. He showed up on 12/18 @ 9pm Drunk with a Friend, we asked him to leave. On 12/19 we texted Kevin asked him to pick up his equipment. Upon Kevin picking up his belongings he tosses all the debris plus Floor sand all over our property. At this point we will be filing criminal mischief charges against Kevin and taking him to small claims court Please report his company and this individual to BBB Thank you ***** * ***** ******* *****
