I took my car here as a referral and worst experience ever! My car got hit really bad and needed a lot of work. I trusted in them to do the right thing and they did a horrible job. Car was towed there after accident on February 17, 2024 and it took them It took them 3 months because parts were back ordered which understandable, but even with that long job was still not great. They told me car was ready and that I could pick up next day because it was too late to drop off so I went next day after 9am like they told me too. Get there and theyre still working on car. They found something else wrong with it. Had to wait another 2 weeks almost. Got car and parts were loose, paint was scratched off where new parts were put in. Lights from where they replaced tires were coming on dashboard, had residual paint in the car from when they painted car, dust film from when car was in the shop, and so much more. Finally had the insurance call and see what was going on and they told them they gave me car back and everything was fine but I can bring in again for a second look. Did that all to get called overreacting and problematic when I showed them the issues on the car. Had a back and forth with them because they said those little things were nothing. And ant that the workers there saw the issues and agreed they needed to be fixed. Even had the nerve to tell me what did I want them to do lick the parts so they stick better! Just outright rude and unprofessional! I would never go back nor refer anyone to these people. Its like a chop chop. I shouldve read reviews because it seems like this is what they do.Initial Complaint

I took my car to be detailed by this company. They did the work and allowed me to leave the shop without telling me the 4 mats that I ordered were not in the car. I paid for the service in full and I didn't notice until a day later that the mats were not in the car. I called the ower to tell him that I don't have the new mats you put the old ones back in. He replied that the wrong colored mats were sent to the shop, that it was a busy day that he meant to tell me before I left. He said that he will have the mats the following week, he feed me that excuse four times, and still no car mats. It's been 2 and a half months and I have contacted the owner repeated. All I want is a refund of the $135 dollars for the mats for my car. There has been a number of problems with this company, he cons people into paying with Cash app, so when he cheats you out of things you can't dispute the charges. Needless to say, I will never use this company again. He upcharges for everything and he is just not an honest actor. Very sad and disappointing because a friend of mine recommended the shop, but it was not as she described it.Customer response
