      Vuksani technician came in to fix a leaking sink pipe on 5/5/2023 (morning) and completed the work quickly. From the invoice this is the notes/work that was done:Sink Repair Replaced 3 drain tail pieces.Replaced strainer.Checked for leaks.Invoice#:Invoice No: 25 Date: 05/05/2023 Terms: NET 0 Due Date: 05/05/2023 When the technician came I told him that I wanted the leak fixed. He did the work and then left, letting me know that I can reach out if any issues with the work. That night I noticed that the sink was still leaking, worse than before, and additionally the water was now pooling inside the sink, especially when the faucet is right on top of the drain (wasn't happening before the work started). I think the new installed pipe looks smaller but I'm not sure.The next day I texted the technician back saying that I have a problem and then I need it addressed - no response. A day later I then called the main business line describing the issue. The person I talked to said that someone will be giving me a call to come address the issue. But I never received any communication from the technician or business. Sink is still leaking worse than before and pooling water made it even worse.

      We been trying for days to reach the costumer and work with them. **** (our tech who was on site and me tried many times to reach the customer so we can go back and fix anything what needed.

      Last Tuesday, May 17th, a technician from Vuksani LLC visited my apartment to give me an estimate for a new boiler installation since my Baxi ************* boiler was no longer working and I had no hot water or heat. His estimate to replace the boiler with a new Navien boiler was $8,000. We agreed to the price over the telephone (paid in cash only) and later that evening, I sent a venmo for $2,000 to cover the cost of the new boiler. On Day 1, Wednesday May 18th, **** and another Technician removed the existing boiler and all of its parts and installed the new Navien NCB-240/130 H(NG) on the back wall as we discussed and also started the pipe work for the new boiler. They could not work on Thursday but were able to work on Friday, Day 2 of their work, where they continued to add the new copper pipes for the boiler. At the end of Friday, they determined that there was additional electrical work that was required for installing the boiler. On Monday, May 23, Day 3 of the work, Electricians came to install the required electrical outlet for the boiler. The boiler worked for only 1 day and then it started leaking. It is now unplugged. I had another technician from the Navien website come out and diagnose the problem. The unit was not installed correctly and will need to be reinstalled. I continue to have no hot water in the apartment.
