    Not the best place to go. The workers are nice, but the dentist is not. She has no bedside manner and can be rude. The wait is always very long. Did not do a very good job on my fillings, I had major pain after and they are all gritty feeling. She will not respond to me or my supplemental insurance to provide codes for my work done so I can make a claim to get reimbursed. So I’m out money because she’s refusing to cooperate. Go elsewhere if you can!

    this patient is doing fraud, is very revengeful, gets personal, & is trying to make money from a private insurance, (fishy deal), wanted me to fill out an extra claim form, so she could make extra money for getting treatment done here!! then why does this patient have ********? if she can afford a private plan? that sounds so fishy, more like a fraud! she wished lot of bad luck, cursed me in email, for all the good work for poor ******** patients that i have been doing for years, at very low cost!! we are not obliged to sign up with plans/private insurances we dont feel comfortable about. which is what this patient was trying to do. i being very honest person, did not go along with her fishy plan. this patient did not inform us about her other insurance, when she came here. i am a very kind, polite caring professional, with well-establised loyal patient base. this patient is taking personal revenge from me, and also sent me a hateful personal email. because i did not signup with the private plan, which she was demanding from my office. also, its easy to judge me, say mean personal things about me, because i am a minority woman, i work hard to help ******** & poor patients, rejected from other offices who dont take ********. even in shortage of staff these days, i am working extra days (weekends),to compensate for the shortage. i will copy this patient's hateful mean email below, just because i did not fill out the extra claim form ,she was asking for, so she could extra money for getting treatment!! we already got paid from her ******** plan, and filling out extra claims will be fraud. i should not be forced to sign up with fraud plans, this is definately a very revengeful patient. again, patient wished me bad luck in life, for all the good work i do for old and poor medicaid patients, and very low cost!!! PASTED A COPY OF PATIENT'S VERY HATEFUL, MEAN EMAIL FOR THE DR, BELOW: Hello, Just writing one last email to you. When I needed a new dentist, I researched some in Auburn and ultimately chose you. You sounded great and I wanted to support a smaller minority woman. I have been nothing but nice to you. But for some reason you are just flat out refusing to send me a few codes. It’s ridiculous. Myself and ***** have been contacting you for over a month now! There is so reason you can’t send them except to be mean and spiteful. It doesn’t take that long. I’m losing out on money I deserve just because you’re being mean and lazy! I’m never coming back and I’m leaving reviews for the BBB and every source online about your crappy attitude. There is absolutely no reason you couldn’t send them. One of your receptionists even said all you had to do was sign the papers! So, thanks for nothing. And what goes around, comes around! Karma will get you back in life. ****

    Dentist responded by saying I'm trying to commit fraud and that i have ********, which i don't but has nothing to do with anything anyways. Have ******* Insurance that i pay for through the ny sate marketplace. i do not qualify for ********. The place that I'm trying to get her to cooperate with Is *****. Unless you live under a rock, you know who ***** is! It is NOT insurance. It is not fraud. I pay for for them from every paycheck so I can get cash from medical/dental issues I get treatnent for. It is NOT private insurance. She will not give them the information they need so I can get paid. It is not a private insurance like she keeps stating. I highly recommend you (this dentist) research who ***** is instead of making ignorant false fraud comments. Everyone in the medical field knows who they are! I pay for them and deserve to get my money, but you are too lazy to do it. I hope you figure out what ***** actually is and don't screw over future patients because you don't understand what they do! So stop saying its fraud. Also glad you got my emails, because I didn't know since you ignored them all. And also don't say I'm targeting you for being a minority woman, I said right in the email That you posted, that it was the reason why I picked you in the first place. To support you! Also sent a bunch of very nice, polite emails to please ask for the codes, but got ignored. So don't make me out to be mean. I was very nice for over a month and a half, but you will not cooperate with me for no reason. Please research ***** and don't do this to anymore patients of yours in the future. we all need extra help right now with everything going on. I'm paying for them out of every check and now can't get paid, you made me lose money. I'm done with you. Everything i said is true, sorry you don't understand what ***** is, hopefully you learn!
