Kevin, My manager brought this to me.  This Product the customer refuses to acknowledge that he read the item wrong.  The product is vinyl siding, we sell it by the square and there is two square in the box.  In this example, he purchased 28 Square, it arrives in 14 boxes.  Not all Vinyl sidings are the same, but almost of all brands pack their product this way.  We have many brands of vinyl siding over the years and rarely have in issue.  The important thing is that a square is 100 sf so if needs 2,800 to do his project, which I am assuming since that’s what he bought, then he has the correct qty. Thanks for your business,Jared LambrechtJL Company, Inc. / Lambrecht Auction, Inc.Office: ###-###-####

Auction event on 02/12/2024 Subject: Notice of Breach of Contract and Request for Resolution "LEBANON, PA ONLINE BUILDING MATERIAL AUCTION" conducted by Lambrecht Auction, Incorporated ("LAI") in Lebanon, PA. It has come to my attention that an error occurred in the setup of the auction, resulting in an early closing time contrary to the advertised and scheduled time. As a first-time bidder participating in the auction, I must express my deep concern over this error and subsequent decision to reset the auction time, thereby disregarding all winning bids and invoices issued prior to the intended closing time. Upon careful review of the Bidder Terms and Conditions governing the auction, it is evident that such actions by LAI constitute a breach of contract. Bidder Terms and Conditions agreed upon by all participants, including LAI and myself, once a winning bid is acknowledged and an invoice issued, a contractual agreement is formed between LAI, the seller, and the bidder. LAI's failure to honor these agreements by revoking winning bids and invoices is a direct violation of the terms outlined in the contract. Furthermore, LAI's actions have resulted in significant damages, both in terms of reputation and potentially financial impact. As a contractor who bid on behalf of my customer, I provided a personal recommendation and endorsement of LAI's auction services. However, the error and subsequent reversal of sales have undermined this endorsement and may lead to repetitional harm and or financial loss. I insist that if LAI restarts the auction at the originally intended time as communicated to me and against my objection stated within, my previous winning bids should NOT serve as a starting point for the auction. LAI should not impose any obligation on me to purchase items that were effectively cancelled due to the error in the auction setup. This request prevents LAI from unfairly compelling me to make purchases based on bids that were erroneously invalidated.

In November, I had won a bid for flooring through Lambrecht (this was not my first win at one of their auctions). The invoice was paid and emailed to me on 11/30/22. Myself and my family had gotten pretty I’ll ( we think it was Covid) and I didn’t pick up my items right away. Once I started feeling better, I saw they had contacted me. I tried to rectify the situation (my previous auction gave me about 2 weeks to pick up, so I was unaware that this auction had to be picked up sooner) but the items had already went back to NY and picking it up from there was not feasible. I was told I could resell on consignment and they would take 20%. I agreed. Months had passed and even though they had MANY many auctions in both PA and NY, I never got notice of my items selling. I then decided to call them today (2/6/23) and ask if I can just make arrangements to pick up my items. I spoke to Tori or Brittany over the phone at approximately 10 am. She said she would locate my items and call me back. At 10:55pm I get an invoice that my item sold. It sold for significantly less. I found that odd, so I went onto the auction site and there are 4 items exactly like mine, with the same invoice number. They all sold for exactly the same price ($1.25 per square foot) . This is highly unlikely to happen, since all these items are to be bid on. Even if the same bidder wins, the price is typically different because other people bid on the items as well. I believe my items were not sold. I believe they placed those bids themselves, got paid from me twice and will turn around and resell the items again at a later auction. I would like this investigated and I would like a refund of what I originally paid. I am almost positive that they still have the flooring and will be able to recoup those funds. However, if the sale is legitimate, I will continue with our consignment agreement
