My agreement with ***** from Exalt took place on December 9,2020. We agreed that he would install a ****watt conversion kit on my sons electric bike. He insisted to be paid in full which I did by cash and Venmo for a total of *******. ***** returned the bike in September 2021 with a used conversion kit and no battery charger and it was a botched job..***** said he would give us the charger but never did. I returned the bike back and requested the job be done right and I get what I paid for . Every time I would call ***** he would never talk to me on the phone it was only through texts. It became excuse after excuse why the job wasnt being completed. Now months are passing and still no conversation over the phone. He finally texted me in February 2022 saying he still hasnt received the conversion kit from the company he ordered from. At that point I asked ***** to call me, but no phone call ever came. I went to the store several times and the hours of business are not true. I have repeatedly called him and it goes right to voice mail. I have left several messages asking for a plan. I have received NO response from ***** and he still has my sons bike. ***** does not even have the decency to talk to me to come up with a plan. I have saved every text from him and any kind of excuse he can think of is in those texts. Exalt electric cycling is the worst company for completing work and honesty. The owner will lead you on and produce nothing. He took my money and I basically never heard from him except for texts that gave me a bunch of excuses why the bike wasnt done. Please beware before you bring your equipment to him. He is a con artist as far as I am concerned. And I am out ******* dollars and an electric bike.
