I purchased a product by mistake and requested to cancel and refund. The product cost $99.99 and the item was shipped back in the original packaging using the shipping information provided by the company. I was told a refund was issued. They only refunded me $10.99 and I have not received any communication since.Business response

Hello,
We have resolved this issue. The customer was supposed to get a full refund for $99.99, but customer service representative made a mistake and only issued a refund for $10.90. The customer reached out about this and we issued the rest of the refund of $89.09. I included a screenshot of those transactions. The customer is also aware of this and happy. I also included a screenshot of that conversation. Please let me know if anything else is needed.

I purchased the wrong item and requested refund instructions on 8 separate emails in the past two weeks, none of which have been responded to. They continue to send promotional emails. They dont have a phone number that I can find. I suspect they may be involved in fraudulent business practices. This is the first time in my life after 25 years of shopping, both online and in a store I have had this experience. I feel like the only possible outcome is me not getting a refund despite the return policy advertised on their website. I only have 30 days to return my item and only have two weeks left to return my item and get a refund.Initial Complaint

On 8/20/22 I paid NYVape.com $16.99 for a double pack of Wax Cartridges 510 thread. The package I received from them only contained one wax cartridge. I have attempted to contact them twice, on their site, to no avail. My Order #: *****.Customer response

I ordered an herb vaporizer and used it twice before the control panel fell off. I emailed NY Vape Shop on 9/10/2022 and 9/12/2022 but have yet to receive a response. On August 14th, 2022, I placed an order at******************* n. In the amount of $269.91. I then got a text, asking if I had placed the order, and then I sent a payment through Zelle. The order is still showing as On Hold. *** tried to reach out to the number that sent the text, the email I sent the money to, and the company itself numerous times. Theres never anyone available to help on their help chat section, and Ive had no response from the email address they provided for costumer service. Most reviews about this company say that the person never received this order as well. This website needs to be removed so people stop losing their money.Initial Complaint

On September 4, 2021, I purchased two items from NY Vape Shop as replacement parts for a vape I have. The parts did NOT fit. I used the "contact us" on their website to find out how to return the parts for a refund. I did this at least 6 times and heard NOTHING back. I also emailed them on 6 occasions, and here too, heard NOTHING back. I used their return policy on their website, followed the instructions to the letter. I provided the order number (**********), the purchase date, a copy of their order confirmation/receipt for the purchase and a note requesting a refund. I shipped the products back to them via the **** and made sure to get a tracking number. When I tracked the return (tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **), it shows it was delivered to NY Vape Shop in *******, ** on October 1, 2021. Despite trying to contact them on numerous occasions, I have NOT heard anything from them since they received the items I returned.I have emailed them on several occasions about my refund and still have not heard back from them. There is no phone number on their website, but with some research I was able to find their number online *************). I have called them often on different days of the week and different times during the day. Their phone goes immediately to voice mail, no one EVER answers their phone. All I am looking is a refund for the products I returned and know they received since I have the tracking number. I have uploaded a PDF with some of the emails I sent to NY Vape Shop and my receipt from the **** for the return, showing the tracking number.Please help!*************************Customer response

Purchased a Steamcloud Evod Vape pen from them November 2nd.. Never Got my order. Contacted support over 5 times.. no answer. they took my money and scammed me.. looking at reviews and complaints afterwards now has me realizing i will never get my money back..
