              I would give no stars if I could, they were not honest, they were sketchy about what paperwork we would need. They had no intention of helping us through this process of getting a mortgage. Awful, awful, awful. Don't trust these people. Beware!

              Upstate Premier Mortgage has an amazing team! They helped me buy my first home. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and really helped me to understand the home buying process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

              We wanted to refinance our mortgage for a lower interest rate. Our Financial advisor referred us to Upstate Premier Mortgage in Baldwinsville. He actually contacted them on our behalf and I received a phone call from Wayne F*** the very next day. Kelly C*** and Wayne, worked with us, finding a lender with a fantastic interest rate. Both Wayne and Kelly were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. I really would recommend them if you are looking to buy or refinance a home.

              As a real estate broker in CNY and previously a realtor, I have worked with different mortgage lenders for almost two decades. Mark and Wayne at Upstate in Baldwinsville are hands down the best worked work with. Realtors do not keep normal hours and you can count on them to answer you on the weekends and after hours. They are extremely responsive and professional. Our buyers are always very happy with them. Procopio Real Estate highly reccomends upstate premiere mortgage!
