We contacted the Pool Guys CNY regarding installing an above ground pool. He was recommended by the vendor we purchased the pool from. John Williams of the Pool Guys of CNY picked up the pool from ******* ***** Pool Service in Cicero, New York. And was supposed to install it at our home at ** ***** ******, Pulaski on or about May 5, 2022. Around this time we were no longer able to get in touch with Mr. Williams. We contacted the store who gave the pool to Mr. Williams and threatened to go to the police, as we had paid over $4000 and had no pool. We then received a call from Mr. Williams stating he would be at our house soon to install the pool. When we arrived we asked him to dig another 1 foot down to do a 'semi' inground pool. That day their equipment broke and they left our house. They claimed parts were "missing" even though the vendor confirms he did a full inventory prior to giving the pool to Mr Williams. They left a broken steer skid in out yard for the next month, and would not return our call. After again involving the vendor, I received a call that they would come back out to finish. On or about June 22nd they returned and put the pool up, however the ladder for the pool and the 1 1/2 hp pump were missing. They did however cut the box up and put the pump box by our curb for the garbage man. Again, I contacted Mr. Williams, he told me he would "donate" a ladder and give us a pump the next day. and to turn the house on to fill it. When I returned home from work the day they were to drop off the pool pump, i notice water gushing in the trench they dug, and a box with the pump (a 1 hp inferior pump) and ladder thrown in our yard. Upon texting John regarding the leak and the wrong pump, and he said the pump would work, and did not provide our original pump. Regarding the leak, he told us he would come with a liner on 6/24. Sometime between us noticing the leak and today he came back and cut out a piece of our liner.
