              Bought a car from the business. The owner, or a gentleman claiming to be the owner, knowing there was an issue with the car gave us a 45 day warranty on the car to fix any potential transmission issues. Within two weeks we called because there was an issue. They came and got the car and returned it saying it was repaired. With in a few days of driving the car it was worse than when we gave it to them to repair the first time. I called Nick the manager and he became hostile and said it is beyond the warranty. I told him the issue was with in warranty and now the car is worse. He has refused to tell me the name of the owner, refused to let me speak with the gentleman that sold the car. We are looking at about three thousand dollars to fix the transmission as the issue was not fixed. I was told by Nick " well sometimes you buy a good car and sometimes you buy a bad one". I do have dated text messages to show we called within the time frame letting know there was an issue.
