I hired Attention Pest Solutions in February of this year because I had a mice problem. They sent a person out once to inspect my home and identified a bat problem and gave me a quote for that as well. I had a home appraiser coming while the bait traps were set up and I was advised to have them removed from site prior to the appraiser coming to look at my home. I had them remove the stations the Friday before my inspection. I received another bill for a months worth of services during this period when I had just paid for a treatment plan that had not even been completed. I emailed the owner and let him know I was upset. My son was ill at the time and he said that it was a billing error and he would take care of it. I still felt taken advantage of because the treatments were not finished and I was receiving another invoice. I did have a separate company inspect my home for bats and there was no evidence for them but for mice droppings on my window ledge that they found. I did reach out again to the company to get the rest of the treatment for the mice taken care of this fall and they have not responded. I received one treatment and none of the sealing or inspection work on the outside. The company knew that I had issues with the last exterminator I used missing things and I feel that they preyed on me being a single female and tried to sell me unnecessary services like bat removal. Luckily I was able to find an honest company to inspect it and save me money. I would like a partial refund for the services that were not rendered since I have reached out to the owner to ask him to complete them or give me a partial refund.
