I went there to buy a car and they charged me $2,000 more than what the price on the windshield said the father of the company said I read the windshield wrong the sun said the windshield price was cash price. They gave me a sheet that I saw the original windshield price then increased by a thousand told that was the cash price then increased by another thousand was told by the father that that price was put there by CAC to finance company I went through I checked with CAC that was not truthful on my first visit there I told the son that I was looking for an all-wheel drive pointed out several vehicles to me when I asked about the vehicle I purchased they did not tell me that wasn't all wheel drive and I could swear I saw AWD on the trunk of that vehicle. They knew I was in a bind and needed a vehicle quickly and they knew I couldn't afford cash price. Not once did they tell me that the price on the windshield was cash price and I would pay more through financing not once did they tell me that the price on the windshield was Cash or that the vehicle I test drove was not all-wheel drive even though they knew that's what I was looking for I didn't realize it wasn't all wheel drive till after I signed some paperwork and I picked up the car when they were supposedly done with the paperwork I had to sign they said they would leave all the rest of the paperwork in my car when I picked it up after hours they did not do that either they also let me take the car off the lot without filling out a bill of sale. When I went there to discuss it with them a week or so later and I asked for the bill of sale they could not provide one they said I forgot to fill it out and they were going to just fill it out there now and have me sign for it I declined and told them I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau on the matter that's when the son started yelling at me and swearing at me they did not provide me with all the paperwork I signed to support my claim

Mr ********** stopped by our lot interested in a SUV. Nothing specific.  He mentioned good fuel mileage as a top priority. Nothing about AWD or 4WD as a necessity was mentioned by him. We tried to accommodate him the best we could as at the time we had a very good selection of SUV’s to choose from. We do not pressure our customers into anything as it is not a good long term business practice. We have been in business since 1985. He was shopping during his work day with the company delivery truck. He specifically expressed a interest in the 2015 **** ****** stating it was newer than some of our other vehicles and had good reviews. He was encouraged to take his time, look at everything we had in stock and drive whatever he wanted too with no pressure from us. While most dealers don’t put a price on their vehicles, we do as to be transparent and not play games. I offered some suggestions for outside financing ( Sunmark and TCT credit unions). He then mentioned his credit was not good and was looking to restore his score. We do work with Credit Acceptance. I was very clear that with subprime financing the interest rates are very high, however you can refinance your loan after a period of time when your credit score improves as you can now qualify for a credit union loan. We have done that with other customers after about 8-12 months of consistent payments and are willing to do the same with him, which will save him  thousands of dollars over the period of the loan.

He already put a $500.00 deposit on a car at another dealer that didn’t have the paperwork for the car. We suggested he go back and get his deposit back no matter where he decided to purchase a vehicle. He was very impulsive and I tried to steer him towards a wise purchase with a warranty. Once the deal was put together he had ample time to review his deal. For this exact reason we have camera’s inside and outside of the office.  Mandatory by credit acceptance that the owner review and sign his contract electronically himself. The video will show Mr ********** behind the computer personally reviewing the figures and signing his contract. The total price of the vehicle is with a two year 24K mile warranty included.  Mr ********** was supplied every document including his CAC contract at the time of sale. He came in later the next week yelling and screaming at us which is not tolerated. We tried to explain to him multiple times how  Credit Acceptance works and the complete break down of his contract. He didn’t want to listen to any of my input at the time of the sale or when he returned. Everything was fine until he realized his vehicle was not AWD. Which at NO time was he told it was a AWD. It will say right on the tail gate of a escape if it is, or not. He claims he was in a bind, but we pressure no one to make any rash decisions, or enter into any deal that is not in his best interest.
